ホテル全体としてはとても清潔で綺麗な場所でした！
街としては治安はそこまで悪くないものの、日本人からしたら駅周りは汚く怖さを感じると思います。特に女性1人は少し危ないと思います！
サービスとしては、お昼に荷物を預けに行ったところ、10ドルと言われ、その時現金を持ってなかったので、夜チェックインする時に渡すといい預けました。そしたら別の職員に変わってて20ドル請求されてちょっと気分が悪かったです。
アクセスはラガーディア空港から電車で30分ほどで、マンハッタンもとても近いので、最高でした！

My husband and I didn’t like this hotel.
Bed sheets were cheap blankets had hair stuck in it.
we only got 2 small bed pillows for a king size bed.
We sleep uncomfortably all night.
We would not recommend.

Room: Hair in the towels, dirty toilet.
Area: Construction everywhere so dust everywhere
Staff: The Indian dude at the reception will demand cash for the "security deposit" but he didn't ask the white woman before us for a security deposit. I guess he asked us because we are Asians.
When we checked out, the women at the reception didn't even ask if we paid the security deposit. I am assuming they do that to everyone, hoping that whoever paid for their security deposit will forget about it so they can pocket the money. Do not get scammed by these guys and do not stay here.
They also asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation with ******* so they can get us a better price if we pay in cash. Conveniently they have an ATM machine at the hotel where they will tell you to take out cash. Do not "redeem" their offer guys, otherwise I will ask you "why did you redeem it".

The cleaning lady had to let me in my room because my key stopped working. The staff weren't very thorough but it turned out ok. Room was very clean and basic. Bed, bathroom and tv. Would definitely stay there again.
