Panorama Condotel by San Village

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, in 3 different rooms. In any room something was broken (nightstand, microwave) the staff doesn't care about you (because they have no interest) I wanted to extend the room but they said there are no places. And through the Trip.com website there are. I extended it through them (it really helps out. A huge minus is the elevators. It's just awful, you can stand for 15 minutes waiting for it to arrive. And if you go up to your room then there is a risk of fighting with someone over a place in the elevator. Because so many people gather that it comes to swearing to decide who will go first. Although there are 8 elevators.

The hotel is normal, but there are a lot of minuses... starting with check-in. The reception is overcrowded, the queues are huge, the check-out is the same... the reception staff are rude and unfriendly, well, that's understandable, they work in a terrible rush. The elevators do not cope with their task, it takes at least 15 minutes to go up and down. Well, the most interesting thing is that these are actually apartments, each apartment has its own owner, when I checked in, the electricity and water went out after 2 hours, at the reception they said that the owner forgot to pay the bills and now you have to wait... the electricity was turned on quickly, and the water after 5 hours. Later, I decided to spend New Year's Eve in this hotel, I booked, when I came to check in, it turned out that they were overbooked and there were no free rooms 😂 In general, I do not recommend Panorama! The service is zero. On the 32nd floor there are ants and smoke-filled rooms. Fuss, queues everywhere and constantly arising problems. Book at your own risk, they may not check you in. P.S. There is a Green World hotel nearby and it is much better there, with fresh rooms and a pleasant atmosphere.
