We stayed at Sata hotel 3 more nights (7 nights total) because we loved this place. Staff members, location and value of money... everything was perfect for us. I highly want to recommend this hotel to the people who are planning to come to Nha Trang.

Very good clean hotel, very attractive price for 3 people to stay with breakfast. Close to many spa shop and restaurants, central location at town.

As per the reviews, the location is awesome! The air conditioning works well and the room condition is great! However, one of the info staff members was unfriendly. Even when I spoke to them in English, they immediately said no and turned away even when I used the translator. I was grateful that someone else helped me quickly and kindly!! The breakfast was decent, the elevator was fast, and it was great value for money! I want to use it again next time!

The location is the real deal! However, since it is in the middle of the city, you have to think about noise..! Highly recommended for a 0.5 night stay!

Accessibility to major areas seems to be good as it is not far away, but the spirit of service to guests seems to be lacking. In particular, the female staff in the breakfast room is always frowning, and the start of the day is unpleasant as I am faced with a distorted expression in the morning, and the refrigerator in the room is completely at the refrigerator level. I bought cold water and beer at the supermarket, but it was heating up... I thought it wasn't working, so even though I requested it, it wasn't fixed... ㅜㅜ The facilities also seem to be poor. When I went out, I clearly put on a sign telling me not to clean my room, but when I came back after I went out, I saw that they had diligently cleaned up the bed and put water in it... It was a system that had no consideration for the privacy of guests...

The location is very good, clean and the price is very affordable. It's good value for money, and if I go to Nha Trang again, I think I'll definitely go here.

It's surprising that you can enjoy a decent breakfast and an outdoor swimming pool for this price. The location was central to the city, so it was easy to get around, and the room condition was good. I definitely plan to visit again when I visit Nha Trang again.

I had a very comfortable stay~ I made a reservation for 3 nights, but since the flight was at 00:00 on the departure date, I had to pay an additional day for 500,000b for ocean view. It's good value for money, there are no bugs, the air conditioning is great, and the view is amazing. I think all the restaurants, massage shops, and night markets were about a 5-minute walk away, and only Lotte Mart was about 8-10 minutes away. I only used Grab for Lotte Mart. It was closer than I thought, so I walked on the way back to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and everything was nice, but the air conditioner didn't work well in the extremely hot weather, and the room key was locked when I tried to leave for a moment, so I checked and found that it was past the battery replacement period... It's not a place with a lot of people, so the management is a bit poor. It seems like they were neglecting it, and the air conditioner is really not cooler than other hotels... It was so hot that I made a reservation to take a short break, but I ended up sweating even more.....

The location is good so it seems perfect for a rebuttal! It's not a good place to sleep because the air conditioning is poor, the room is small, and the soundproofing isn't good. Of course, what do you expect from cheap accommodation?
