酒店位於繁華的商業區，旁邊就是銀泰，不遠處是萬達，各種好吃的，十分方便。房間裝修有些舊了，包括毛巾浴巾等都稍顯陳舊，好在比較乾淨。衹是衞生間水池的牆面貌似反潮發黴，建議處理一下。服務不錯，前台小姐姐舉止言談得體，令人如沐春風；第二天的前台還幫忙做了延遲退房1小時，非常感謝！總之還算滿意，是如家的水準。

感覺不值這個價格 首先房間很小 進門很大一股煙味 散都散不掉 晚上睡覺都能感覺到被子上也有很濃的煙味 其次 廁所很簡陋 淋浴間連個玻璃都沒有 衹有簡陋的浴簾 不知道用了多久 反正感覺不太乾淨 前台辦理入住效率很低 等了將近二十分鐘 體驗感不太好

第一個房間在地上看見了好多枚蟑螂*，誰知道什麼時候破殼湧出一堆小蟑螂，就給前台申請換房間，很快解決了，本來覺得就這樣過去算了。
換的第二個房間首先是窗户破破爛爛關不上；然後發現空調壞了不能調温度，我衹能開一下覺得冷了再關掉，等熱了再開，冷了又關，而且空調還是正對着床吹；然後牆邊又有衹鼠婦，打死了一衹竟然還有新的冒出來，在牆上爬來爬去；浴室排水排得很慢，可以想象一下踩在水池裡洗澡的感覺；淋浴噴頭掛着水噴不到身上，旋轉方向的已經滑絲了衹能舉着洗；床邊的充電頭我一晚上至少扶了十次，已經插不穩了一直掉......
白天拉着行李箱趕了很久車，真的太累了，第二天還要在外面忙一天。但是一整晚我就坐在床中間把燈開着，一個小時一又個小時等天亮，笑死，根本不敢睡。
如果是因為如家這個名聲就來放心定這個酒店，那大可不必。我經常住酒店，但這是我唯一見過最差的沒有之一，真連小旅館都不如，這也是唯一一次讓別人給我挑的酒店。太失望了，我會讓身邊的人都避雷。以上我沒有一句話誇張，酒店沒有定期的裝修設施檢查和維修，還要和蟲子們一起睡覺。
現在在在別的酒店，真是完全不一樣的體驗。

酒店成設和酒店開業經營早就不必追究了，但是房間看過去 到處看見黴斑 破損的問題，關鍵服務員還愛理不理的樣子！作為有近20年的如家會員 這是我住宿 從設施 衞生 環境 服務 綜合體驗最差的一次！選此酒店請慎重考慮再選擇！
