Got a free upgrade from the staff. This hotel is amazing ad it’s very convenient to travel around. However spotted some dirts in the sink and there are some design flaws in the room (e.g there are 2 sinks, 1 with mirror, 1 without; bathroom lights are controlled with ONE button only, so you either turn on every single lights in the bathroom, or it would be very dark). The bath tub is awesome with a spectacular view.

Nice hotel with tasty breakfest. Unfortunately some troubles with English speaking staff but finally all problems are solved. Wi-Fi could registered only if you have a Chinese mobile phone number.
Especially liked small ducks in the bathroom))

其他都不錯就是前台服務水平太差，對外國人笑臉相迎，對中國人態度惡劣！我長期在國外工作，這次出差入住，被説護照不是有效證件，如果我改了外籍是外國人就可以，中國護照就不允許入住。貶低中國護照的價值，被説不屬於有效證件的，僅此一家聞所未聞。我所有的高鐵票和其他城市入住酒店護照都可以使用，護照也是公安部頒發的個人有效證件。這種沒有常識，自我貶低，業務不精的情況實在令人髮指。説中國人要在國外提高自己的地位，然而在國內還有這樣的存在。請酒店做好員工培訓。

第一東西放置位置天天變化、衞生間棉製品！退房發現費用亂收，明明第一次杯子打破費用已經收取，再次預訂、又給我把費用多收一次、不會再定

房間衞生很差，移門上還有雙眼皮貼粘在上面，讓人噁心，整個衞生讓人犯惡心，隔音效果也很差，靠高架一側特別吵，下次絕對不會在選擇入住，住過那麼多酒店是第一次忍不住要評價。

酒店設計有特點，裝修挺新的，客房空間感舒適，配備電動窗簾，紅酒還有迷你吧免費暢飲。酒店交通也方便，周邊餐飲設施也齊全，酒店的服務也不錯，特別是前台的楊經理和姍姍服務很棒，一次不錯的入住體驗，下次若還到此區域，此酒店還會做為首選！
