Mixed feelings about the hotel.
The service was amazing, they didn't speak English but we used translator, the recipient had the app ready and was super nice, friendly and helpful.
They assisted in calling taxi and always tried to make communication clear.
I stayed in different rooms, the first one was clean and I loved it. Decided to rebook again and was given a different room, wasn't happy at all. It wasn't clean, hair in the bathroom, the floor wasn't swept.

房間寬敞，服務態度好，早餐也不錯，房間內備了小點心，晚間大廳還有營養粥和茶葉蛋，還配置了洗衣機烘乾機很方便，更是配置了功能齊全的健身房，性價比非常高。

酒店重新裝修過了，所以就沒多考慮訂下了。But服務員的態度真的是無語了。進入地下車庫保安不在崗亭等了一會兒被另一個人喊來保安被告知説電腦壞了明天開出要去前台説一聲，抬槓才可以，結果第二天退房跟前台説車子要開出並告知昨晚的情況，前台説跟保安説即可，出來時保安在崗崗亭沒有抬槓要打電話前台抬槓，於是，就打了電話，接電話的前台一個車牌號讓我報了6次，最後跟我説沒有這輛車，我有重複了情況，結果人家説沒有這輛車，問：那怎麼辦呢？後面還有其他車等着，要麼你，結果人家怒對：是你自己沒有掃到車牌，關我什麼事？我去…要求道歉，但對方覺得自己的態度沒有問題，還非常理直氣壯。最後經理出麪解決。後來得知保安是可以操作抬槓。這種酒店，一定拉黑。

6月寧波已經入梅，感覺潮潮的，酒店的空調蠻給力的，沒一會兒就屋裡就好爽涼快了。酒店附近吃飯的地方也還比較多，吃的蠻開心，返現也到賬了，非常開心～

這是酒店的格局，相對比較老，可能也開業很多年的緣故。

酒店不錯，公交車站和brt站就在門口，出行方便。如果開車過來停車也非常方便，周邊有很多美食和商業圈。不臨街的一面很安靜，樓下就是公園，空氣質量優。裝修風格新中式，有懶人沙發和泡茶小杯具，床褥舒適，床墊軟硬適中，衞生乾淨。每次遇到小倪姐姐都很熱情，家人般的閑聊幾句倍感親切，會一直選擇入住。
