Had a great time with my family. A bit expensive but the amenities and services were top notch..

It's said to be a British-style hotel, but it doesn't even have a garden. There's no hairdryer in the room, so I had to call to get one. There are relatively few breakfast varieties. The worst thing is the location and environment. There is a road just outside the hotel, and there is not even a place to walk. However, the hotel's service is warm, so I give it five points in this regard.

As a transition hotel between the two Resplendent Ceylon hotels, this British-style hotel located in Noir Aire is good. The lobby, restaurant, and courtyard facilities are rich. The food in the restaurant is also diverse and delicious, and the price is very cost-effective. , the only disadvantage is that due to the high altitude of 2400 meters, the temperature is low, the room is cold, there is no air conditioning, and the cup feels a bit damp.

Nice room, but far from the city

The hotel is relatively new and clean, but the service is average. The hot water for bathing is not very sufficient, and it will become cold if there are many people bathing. There is no elevator, so you have to rely on the waiters to carry your suitcases. Tips are indispensable.

It feels like a small British town. There are not many places to eat around. The food in the hotel is quite delicious. The service is very friendly. The room is nice and the bedding is new. The price is very good value.

The hotel is literally on the highlands and is the coolest place in all of Sri Lanka. When we arrived at night, the temperature was only a dozen degrees, and a bonfire was lit in front of the door. It was very a**ospheric and rare. Highland hotels in Sri Lanka.

We enjoyed our stay at Galway Heights hotel very much. The whole place is extremely comfortable, the staff were outstanding especially Sandeepani & Alex. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were extremely comfortable & large. It has a lovely welcoming atmosphere & the location is great, being away from the hustle & bustle of the town. There was only one small negative & that was the condition of the towels. They could have been a little newer. Overall, a wonderful 2 nights was spent at Galway Heights. Thank you.

Had a lovely experience at the Galway Heights hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had tea with complementary sweets on arrival looking out across market gardens. The in house restaurant offered buffet or Al e carte options.

The customer service was amazing. They are attentive. Vidhushan, Niroshan and Dhanushan provided the best customer service that I have received. The time I spent there was made memorable and a fun one thanks to their hard work and attention to detail.
