Clean and new and nice hotel location nearby airport Easy indoor parking inside hotel overnight while lacking of staffs Queue was so long during check-in and there was 2 big groups of tour check-in as well No phone installed in room to contact concierge or front desk

The stay was super good. Liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was all very good and comfortable.

To anyone who’s reading this or probably going to read this later . This isn’t a hotel . It’s more like a hostel They don’t have any good service They don’t have any telephone service in the rooms So should incase something happens to you ( emergency) you have to rush down from whatever floor you are on to the front desk. I paid for breakfast during my stay , upon self checking in Non of the staffs told me here to get breakfast. During morning time for breakfast. I went in search of the cafeteria for breakfast . It was very sketchy and hard to find until a passerby made a jovial comment ( Swiss people don’t want give you good ) I thought that was funny until I figured out that he was right . I would only recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Swiss on a tight budget if not then find a better hotel with better service .

It’s 10-15 mins tram ride to JE airport & 20mins train ride to city. Very convenient & easy to get around

Location is across from the train. Hotel appearance is quite nice. However, Issues 1. Lack of toiletries. The liquid hand soap and shampoo were the same liquid. 2. No conditioner provided 3. No lotion provided 4. Towels were hard and would not absorb 5. Parking is $34 Francs a day 6. Garbage left in the bathroom by previous guest was not cleaned out. 7. Self service check in was a little weird and not exactly intuitive. Staff member appeared to help us check in

The location is good, close to the center of Zurich and the airport. The room has everything you need for a full stay, you can cook (full kitchen), large bathroom. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning. They didn’t take out the oil, they just folded the towels and straightened out the blanket, they didn’t even tuck it in, although maybe that’s how it should be. Dust on the shelves.

The hotel facilities are very advanced, and the elevators are strictly managed. The rooms are equipped with induction cookers, refrigerators, microwaves and other kitchen equipment to facilitate travelers to cook. It is not far from the airport and has convenient transportation.

There are two stations in front of the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to the airport in ten minutes. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center and old town, and you can check in by yourself.
