Located in an anonymous area of the city, the hotel looks like a four-star skyscraper but is absolutely not worth it. Already in the room there are many shortcomings mainly due to a non-existent maintenance. The breakfast is very poor, not up to the presumed quality. There are no bars accessible if you are in shorts and without shoes (in August), the managers smile a lot and seem willing to solve the problem but in the end they do not make you drink even a coke. Luckily we decided not to have dinner at the hotel. Finally, the sight of a cockroach running around the reception sofas defined the judgment.

Un hôtel très agréable, un accueil chaleureux avec un personnel a la hauteur une note complète pour AMINA qui travaille au restaurant. un manque flagrant de professionnalisme de la part du personnel de la réception impolis et désintéressés ils ont réussi à perdre mon permis de conduire ce qui a généré une attente interminable d’une demi-heure pour récupérer ma pièce un manque de courtoisie j’étais choqué au lieu de me fournir des excuses pour leur erreur ils semblaient tout simplement s’en désintéresser en résumé le personnel de la réception je précise appart-hotel une déception ce qui aurait pu etre un séjour agréable a été transformé en cauchemar je ne retournerai jamais dans cet établissement

Hôtel bien situé, réceptionniste accueillant, chambre spacieuse. Par contre pas d’accès au parking via les ascenseurs donc faut sortir et faire le tour à chaque fois. À partir de 10h le personnel vient toquer dans la chambre et ouvre la porte 2sec après avoir toquer .. sachant qu’on a la chambre jusqu’à 12h. Je ne recommande pas.

C’est un très bon hôtel niveau chambre, niveau emplacement. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses, propres, le lit est très confortable. Cependant les côtés négatifs, le premier c’est que le parking est très difficile d’accès pour rejoindre l’hôtel car il ne se relie pas, il relie exclusivement les apparts hôtel, ce qui est problématique quand on a de grosses valises, le second problème c’est les femmes de ménage qui toque des 10h dans la chambre et ouvre la porte sans même l’approbation, enfin le dernier point négatif, c’est la nuit la musique à fond en bas qui est sûrement dû à une chicha.
