The room was good and bathroom clean.
I wished there had been a choice for the pillow. It was far too hard and tall to use comfortably.
They were friendly and accommodation.
Minus point because the air-conditioning had a lot of dust around the edges and top.
I had the breakfast included but stuck mostly to croissants. There was a bit of variation.

We enjoyed our stay. Room is nice but the floor could have been cleaned a bit better. Location is not bad if you don’t mind traveling into the main city area. Hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Second time staying here. It’s what you’d expect and very affordable. Only complaint are the dusty vents for the facility and the room’s air conditioner could be cleaned a little better.
Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay for me.

A convenient and comfortable hotel that provided excellent service. Being in the Shin Osaka area was great for day trips out of the city and the hotel was very close to the train station.

Actually this is not my first time make booking in this hotel. But first time after pandemic. To my surprise, hotel didnt clean our room because or booking is less than 8 days??? Its very dangerous and not common. But after spoke to the staff they finally clean our room.

One big pitfall is that if you take the JR Shinkansen here, you need to go down to the first floor and take the path from underneath to the elevated one, which is a bit detoured and far away.
