Pros-Awesome location! Comfortable beddings! Nice and modern room and standing shower bathroom! A plus with Youtube & Netflix to watch! Room was just good for 2 to stay comfortably but 4 will be difficult! Cons-Will be good if kitchen knife, scissors and countertop cloth (for wiping) will be provided. Bathrooms doesn't have enough hooks to hang things! Good to have some shelvings near the toilet mirror to place toiletries. Was informed that extra hangers is available from lobby but none was found. Coffee table was not present in our room 1302, making eating and writing rather difficult!

The sheets in the hotel were not clean. I was very itchy and couldn't sleep all night. My husband and I both got rashes. We were fine when we were in the Kyoto hotel. There were many restaurants nearby and there was a whole family downstairs. Will not stay again

Quiet location in a busy area, small space

Because it is a homestay, it is difficult to find customer service. I basically couldn't contact them immediately. I couldn't sleep at all on the first night. There was construction going on downstairs along the small road in the middle of the night, and I could hear the chattering of passers-by... I booked for five consecutive days, but there was no cleaning. The room facilities are OK and complete. It takes a while to walk to the subway station

It was a space where four people could relax comfortably while on a family trip, and there was a toilet and shower. It was well equipped with small items such as a washbasin, sink, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, etc. In addition, it is about a 13-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station, so it doesn't feel too far to walk around and see Dotonbori Street, the riverside, and Glico statue. - It is about a 7-minute walk from Nipponbashi Station, and you can take a taxi to Namba Station for 700 yen. The room has poor soundproofing. There is a bar downstairs so I can hardly sleep at night. There was singing and screaming until 5am. The landlord didn't intervene and I couldn't change the room.
