Hotel staffs were extremely nice, friendly and polite. The hotel was also 5mins walk away from JR Shin-imamiya Station, which made it extremely accessible and easy to travel around. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

It's got everything you need and then some. Close to Dobutsuenmae Station, Tennoji Zoo and the Tsutenaku Tower. Very luxurious rooms and bath. Every Rooms has it's own WiFi and the service all in all was amazing.

A stone's throw from JR Shin-Imamiya Station East exit (where the elevator is). Clean, tidy, good service, breakfast was great. Got a good deal at Trip.com. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The location of this hotel is particularly good. Although breakfast is a bit expensive, it is indeed delicious. The hotel facilities are very new and clean. However, the most serious problem with the hotel is the decoration smell, which seriously affects people's health. The decoration smell makes my throat tingle, and I went to the hospital, and I suspect there is a huge problem with the decoration materials of this hotel.

1. The deluxe room claims to be able to see Tsutenkaku Tower, but it cannot be seen at all. 2. It was claimed that the cleaning service would collect garbage in the room and replace towels, but it was not provided on the third day, even though a cleaning sign was hung outside the door. 3. The room was super dusty, including the sheets, as evidenced by pictures. Even the bathroom was super dusty. Unexpectedly, in Japan, which is famous for its cleanliness, this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The only advantage is that the underground location is very good.

The room is adjacent to the New World Business District, where restaurants are concentrated, and it is convenient to eat. It is also very close to the subway station. The room is not big, but it is tidy, the space is fully utilized, and it is enough. Breakfast is mainly Japanese style, but also Western style, which is quite good.

This hotel does not have a parking lot. It is announced that parking is available for a separate fee of 1,200 Japanese yen, but even though it is a hotel with over 100 rooms, only 2 primary care facilities are allowed. I checked in at 23:00 on a Saturday, a weekend, and wanted to park, but there was no parking lot. Find a coin parking lot nearby and ask customers to park on their own. The fee for using the coin parking lot varies depending on the time of day, but from 8 a.m. it is 900 Japanese yen (approximately 8 US dollars) per hour. $8 per hour. If you park for a few hours, the parking fee is more expensive than the hotel fee. The front desk doesn't speak English, Chinese, or Hindi. We only respond in Japanese. They said they were having trouble parking, so they said they would cancel for free and go to another hotel. Where are you going at 11pm on a Saturday night? In the end, I paid the Visa fee and used the coin parking lot. I asked the hotel if there were any other services or compensation and requested that it be announced in the customer information that there is no parking lot, but there was no compensation and the hotel information still said that there is a parking lot. The two cars in the photo I posted occupy the entire parking lot owned by this hotel. I couldn't sleep well due to stress due to this hotel. I had to wake up very early starting at 8 a.m. to save on the cost of primary care, which was 900 yen per hour.
