Everything was fine so far. ;)

Overall a good hotel, I liked that there is a transfer from/to the airport. Convenient for applying for a US visa (nearby). But it’s a long way to the city center (traffic jams in this direction in the morning)...

Someone might ask why 5/5 ! Short story I want to tell you about our long journey from country being in a war. Don’t know why bout we choose that hotel “ IBIS Style Bucharest Airport Hotel “ now I can see it’s was good choice! We just stepped in with no reservations at all after 20h of trip 😬 The hotel staff sorted us out with no questions asked even they were busy enough! We will try the best we can for you! And they did it! It’s special thanks for this, for professional support and service also nice and clean room and good food! 🙌🙌 I would recommend to you all!

Such a good service. My mom had to have a short stop over in this hotel and she had difficulties speaking English. But the team showed so much care to make her feel comfortable, as well being in touch with me and my husband. Really so happy with the service of Front Office Team. Thank you for looking after my mom and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to visit one day too ;)

The Ratings for this hotel is 5 since the location of this hotel and brand new hotel surrounding the airport Specifically I can say Mr Alex is an amazing personality with good hospitality ethics and good communication skills the best bus connections to city centre

Lovely decor and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Better than expected breakfast. Super helpful staff. BUT there is no temperature regulation in the rooms so we were uncomfortably hot. We had to open a window for air but we couldn't sleep from the noise from the traffic. If you don't mind sleeping in what felt like 30 degree Celsius heat, then this is a great hotel. Otherwise consider going elsewhere.

No suitable parking .. no ac Service is bad Smell like p Night mare !!! We took family room and could not sleep as the ac does not work and windows can not be opened cause of noise from main road and airplanes over your head … A nightmare ! Very bad ! Don’t go there !!!! .. sleep in the car if you don’t have other choice. Even for free I would not go there again, one person is running the all show … and could not help much as other rooms had same issues

It was fine, great for what we needed. Great location near the airport. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Don’t stay here. Hotel was impossibly warm, with no ability to moderate the temperature. We slept very badly.

Hotel is perfect, staff, breakfest, rooms, cleaning, free parking, restaurant and food... Little bit difficult is way from norrh direction ro hotel and from hotel to Oropeni center or Bucurest center. Hotel is on right side of 6 lines main road wit h intensive trafic...
