Location, swimming pool on the 8th floor, and rooms are satisfactory for the price.

The hotel looks new, the service quality is good. Breakfast has few dishes, few choices. Relatively good quality.

The facilities are pretty good in the city of Porégo, but the location is a little bit out of the way

Thực tế dịch vụ từ kém tới rất kém. - Vị trí hẻo lánh, không thuận lợi - Phòng chất lượng kém, đụng đâu cũng hỏng, đổi phòng khác cũng vẫn có thiết bị hỏng (cửa toalet/ ổ thẻ từ mở hệ thống điện, dây khoá cửa phòng, tivi, kem đánh răng…) - hồ bơi đóng rêu xanh, không sử dụng được. - dịch vụ kém: lễ tân lơ là khó chịu, không muốn hỗ trợ khách khi phòng hư hỏng; nhân viên phục vụ không chuyên nghiệp; khách check in hay out đều tự mang vác hành lý… - ăn sáng không có buffet cũng không báo trước khách, cho khách gọi vài món sơ sài và ngồi chờ rất lâu mới có thức ăn, chắc có lẽ chờ đi mua bên ngoài vào cho khách dùng 😂 —— Giá thì cao mà chất lượng hoàn toàn không tương xứng. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại cũng như giới thiệu đến bạn bè cơ sở lưu trú này.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't be fooled by the pictures online, this place is an absolute horror show. What began with dark empty restaurants and toilets that didn't work in bathrooms covered in ants ended with a maintenance man opening our room while my wife was changing, then explaining it was ok "because he knows her sister". The staff at this hotel consists of 4 barely adult girls. One night I had a meeting and they explained there was no business center, so come down to the lobby (11pm meeting). When I arrived all the lights were off with NO staff there and a random man sleeping on a bed next to the "bar" area. This review could go on and on. We left with 1 night remaining. They've promised a refund and took bank info. I hold out zero hope this will happen. If you're reading this -- we're waiting for our refund. The bad news for them is I was in town ahead of my company who would have filled their hotel many times. Instead, we will stay literally anywhere else. Pleiku or not, do better. Or charge a price that coorelates to what you're providing. Nice pictures online dont equate to 1 million dong.
