Fergus Club Palmanova Park

Our first holiday in Spain for 12 years and first trip on a plane for our kids aged 10 and 8. We booked this hotel direct last minute and we were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing. Each and every single member of staff was brilliant and many went over and above to make you feel welcomed. Jimmy in the bar was like a rocket and always had a smile. The manager in the resturant was great evey night and made the kids feel so welcome. Room. This was awesome. A fairly large room overlooking the pool. Air con was great. Bed was comfy and thr kids didn't complain about the sofa bed either. Pool. Awesome pool which was actually quite deep. If you went to the other side though it was shallower and allowed you to stand up. It was great it you actually wanted to swim properly. Kids had a 2nd pool too with slides and bouncing pillow type thing which they loved. Sunbeds were all gone by 7 when we got up but the last day all towels had been removed by staff which wad much better, especially when some didn't ever seem to grt used! Resturant. We found this brillaint. A different selection every night but with the main staples of pizza, chips and pasta if you've got fussy kids. Snack bar was greats. Chips pizza burgers, hot dogs, pasta. Fruit. Cakes etc etc etc. Drinks. Great self service soft drinks. Alcohol by bar staff never queued for more than 2 minutes at busy times. Location. This worried us but didn't need too. It's a 8 minute walk when I timed it to the beach. But you actually walk down a main shopping street so it's nice and busy and no issues at all. We walked back from the pirates show one night from magaluf and it was a superb stroll along the seafront. Overall it was a great hotel and we heard other guests also saying how good it was and rated the food compared to other hotels. I would recommend it. Thanks for a great week away Fergus!

We had the Magnus suite. Room was huge but poorly laid out. Two singles pushed together in the main bedroom is not a suite. Then one tiny sofa bed for a 12 and 8 year old is not good. Luckily there are 2 sun loungers on the balcony so we brought one inside and kids took turns to sleep on that but when your paying for a suit, and they know the age of the travellers, that’s really poor. I shouldn’t have to do that. We regularly stay at the Fergus style in the suite and it’s brilliant. Fantastic king sized bed and nicely laid out room. This was isn’t on the same level yet. Suite is 2 rooms knocked through, i think anyone planning to come would be better with interconnecting rooms. That said, the double shower room was good, you get 2 air con vents which is good. Although every day at around 10am the smell of raw sewage came through so had to turn them off. No idea why? Guessing they empty a tank each day at the time? Either way, it was disgusting. Hot tub on the balcony was good. You get a parasol 2 sun beds and the hot tub which means you don’t have to wake up for sunbed wars at 7am if you don’t want. Pools were good. Slides good. Annoying that the pool doesn’t open till 10am. The lifeguards don’t do anything anyway, most of the time they are doing other duties like collecting glasses so maybe just open at 9am? As I said, we were in a Magnus suite, you get a blue wristband. This is supposed to get you premium spirits. It doesn’t. Not once did I get anything other than local spirits. Magnus is pretty pointless unless you need the space but even then as mentioned you don’t get the beds needed for the family. We love Fergus, we come 4 times a years, we’re back in August in fact but I’ll probably be looking elsewhere for 2025 for a premium experience. If you want your standard Mallorca hotel then go for interconnecting rooms not Magnus as you don’t get any real perks with it. Pools great, foods pretty good, staff are good, apart from Jimmy who kept asking for a kiss off my wife when I wasn’t there, but overall you won’t be disappointed. If you want a premium experience, this won’t be for you.

Love the restaurant and the poolside. Mckevitt's bar well worth a look. Jimmy on poolside bar is a great dancer, had me laughing every time I saw him. GREAT WORK EVERYONE 👍

Not great, better 4 star hotels around area for cheaper price. Food repetitive and bland. We were there for 14 nights and ate out every night as we'd made our mind up when saw lunch was just reheated breakfast. Queues for restaurant at meal times. Drinks not good either. 1 option of cocktail per day in all inclusive. Beer at pool bar tasted like cleaning product. Bought cans of beer at €3.50 anytime we were around pool. This hotel has put me off going all inclusive. Rooms updated but bathrooms not. Wash hand basins are in bedroom and ours leaked underneath. Honest review....better hotels in Palmanova and probably a lot cheaper. If you've already booked, you'll be OK, as we were, but don't expect the luxury the asking price suggests you'll get.

Beautiful hollyday, perfect position five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes with taxi by Palma city. The manager Gianfranco took care of us like we were family . I would recommend this hotel over every single one. For sure I’ll be back next time, very beautiful experience.

Outstanding Performance hotel, the rooms was clean the shower was clean and even better the shower plug was clean no black mould on it , the rooms are nice and spacious, The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for any guests, The pool and seating area outside is kept very clean, tables kept clean and wiped over no dirty tables left all over the place , the staff are spot on when it. Ones to this, the pool is clean and warm pool water , The whole hotel cleaning is spot on it’s so clean and reassuring that you are in a clean hotel and the staff take pride in this, so u can come away reassured your not going to come down with any sickness , it’s so clean, We’ve had a great 4 nights here and can’t wait to come back next year Even better they have 3 lockable lockers in the luggage room at 2 euro to lock so you know you can keep passports etc secure, the luggage room is also in view of the reception .

Good food. Excellent entertainment. Clean. Near by the beach. Everything is excellent. Free good wifi. Friendly staff. The room is nice with a good bed and showe. Only the water in the pool is cold. Bud it was in may,mebay later in the year it is better.

I came with my family for our first holiday abroad to palmanova Fergus club, an absolute incredible experience at fergus, from the Rooms to the delicious food, the pools, the bars and as importantly child friendly with lovely child’s entertainment in the evenings, I’ll also like to thank all staff at Fergus for there warm welcomings and lovely spirit whilst we’ve been here, and a special shout-out to the manger, first class thankyou

This trip was for a stag do (nearly in our 50’s!), the hotel is nice, staff always helpful and happy. Meal times had great food selection and different options for the 5 days we stayed. Drink good with local sports not bad! Location about 10 min for a pleasant work to Palma.
