Just returned from sunrise Pearl, our third visit to this amazing hotel. Stayed B&B in a sea view room. The hotel is on the main *****, out the front of the hotel you’ll find all the bars and restaurants. Out the back of the hotel is the wonderful beach. The Rooms are spacious and kept immaculately clean,the mini bar is free but only water is restocked. We received complimentary use of the spa facilities, I highly recommend this. The staff at breakfast were exceptional particularly head waitress Durga, our hot beverages arrived at our table without having to order them. The pools are clean and a good temperature. We love the allocated sun beds. The pool bar staff work non stop and were excellent. A nice touch are the frozen flannels and fresh fruit handed out around the pool. The location and friendless of the staff make this a fantastic hotel and we have booked for next year.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is in a great situation, on the main ***** in Protoras, but quiet, set back from the road. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The hotel is situated on a gorgeous beach. We also enjoyed using the adult pool. Beach and pool were both less than 5 minutes walk from our room. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely sea view. We went on two reasonably priced trips, to Nicosia and to Salamis/Famagusta, which were very interesting. The main buffet restaurant had a very high standard of food, both at breakfast and at the themed evening buffets. We visited all the other restaurants available, and enjoyed all our meals. However, the service varied in the restaurants from rather too quick and with very large portions to make us too full too fast (Italian and Asian) to rather slow (American and Fishbone). We really enjoyed our complimentary aqua thermal journey in the spa, including steam room, sauna, salt water and mineral pools, and snow chamber. A great experience! Overall, a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely, ideally situated and the pre-selection of sunbeds avoids all the usual reserving nonsense! We would strongly recommend using the hotel's own restaurants as all the food was very high quality and the staff were superb (especially Sarlota and Subreena!). Many thanks!! Andy & Nancy

Where do we start? What a fantastic hotel, with wonderful hospitality. Our room was exceptional, with all the amenities you could want and very spacious. Water, tea and coffee replenished daily from the most lovely man Subass. The pool area, especially the adult only pool was very quiet and relaxing with lovely towels for the very comfortable sunbeds. Christos and colleagues went out of their way to get us the sunbeds we wanted. The hotel restaurants were lovely, and we must mention Charlotta, Durga and Mya who looked after us very well indeed. We ate at the dine around restaurants too, but our preference was the hotels main restaurant. The reception team were so helpful, accomodating our every requirement. This hotel is a true 5 star hotel and everyone here, too many to mention are a credit to the Sunrise Hotel group!

10-24th May, 2024 Well, what can I say. Thank you for the best holiday ever. The complimentary flowers, Prosecco and cake were very much appreciated. The staff are absolutely amazing - each and every single member of staff. Housekeeping Reception Porters Bar staff Waiters and Waitresses - the lovely honey bunny Maya. Maitre D Pool lifeguards and attendants Pool staff delivering drinks The icing on the cake had to be allocated sun beds. An absolute dream of no messing around looking for a sun bed every day. Nothing was too much for the staff. Vera was so lovely and even taught me a little Greek so I liked to greet her every day. Haha 😛 As a disabled lady I am always apprehensive of where everything is in a new environment, and, especially a different country. We stayed in Room 301 and it was fab. I was a little worried with no handrails but I managed. Definitely recommend - nothing was too much hard work for the staff. We are in the process of booking again for next May. Please please pass on our heartfelt thank you to all your staff. Thank you again and God bless

Just returned from another fabulous stay in the sunrise pearl . All the staff are so helpful and pleasant nothing is too much trouble. Great buffet restaurant, but love the dine around options. marcello's been our favourite. Big shout out to all the bar staff around the pool always looking after you. Kiki and avaram in the waterfall bar Great drinks and really know how to look after you. A perfect stay can't wait to book again

We have just arrived back from 11 days here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it so much that we have already booked to return next year. All staff were so helpful and nothing was a problem for them! Rooms exceptionally clean. Loved how we had allocated sunbeds with clean towels everyday and app to order from pool bar (all pool bar staff so welcoming and friendly! We upgraded to half board where you can eat in 5 different restaurants outside and the hotel food which all was beautiful. We especially loved the fresh homemade omelettes each morning too. 10/10!!

We first stayed at the Sunrise Pearl in 2022, it was a short visit (attending a wedding), but we were so impressed, we wanted a longer holiday. There is literally nothing to fault at the Sunrise Pearl. It is immaculately clean and the rooms are so comfortable. We stayed in room 220, which had a sea view. Fresh towels when required and the best chocolates every evening! The food is excellent, plentiful and high quality. The chefs were great and engaged with guests. There are a large number of sun beds and you are allocated beds on arrival, which is a genius idea. Every single member of staff are so friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome. Our thanks go to all the team; special mention for Vera and Glykeria (reception), Christos, Durga, Manpreet, Maya and Kiki and Avraam, who’s company and excellent cocktails we enjoyed in the Water Bar. Thank you for a marvellous holiday and look forward to returning.
