This hotel is absolutely gorgeous rooms were luxurious and very clean, it’s location is perfect very easy to get to everything. Drinks were fantastic however the food was very average, but as you are so close to various restaurants we went out in the evenings. They don’t have many activities but with the beach as your garden and ***** of over 50+ shops and bars you can keep yourself entertained. Would stay again but maybe not do all inclusive

There was a big difference between the staff. The staff of the reception wasn’t nice. Sometimes even rude. The staff of the bar; Arpana, Slavi and Sital are really nice! They really make your holiday special! Also the 2 gentlemen at beachclub Kohili; Akash and George are really nice! Great service and always a smile. The hotel is oke, the service is not with a smile. Too bad. Not a next time for us.

We had a great holiday here. It’s not a 5 star hotel but its location, facilities and staff make it a top 4 star. Positives: the hotel is right on a lovely beach with a promenade that stretches along the coast. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The swimming pools, spa and gym areas are well maintained. The selection of food at breakfast and dinner is impressive. Our room was big enough, everything worked and housekeeping came every day. Things that need to improve: only 2 lifts to serve the entire hotel. The bedding was ripped in places. You have to pay extra to use the safe in your room. The decor needs updating in places. There is absolutely nothing that should put anybody off staying here. The slight negatives mentioned do not detract very much from a fantastic place. The staff work really hard.

Hotel ok. Location very good. Close to the center but quiet. great service especially Arpana,slavi, Sital bar staff. Food was medium. View is good near to the sea beautiful weather. Coming back again. Super hotel. Drinks was very good we love to stay at bar because of Great Service of bar staff

Not like any five star hotel I have ever arrived at, arrived to our room to find the following; Bedding dirty, sheets ripped, chair seat fabric torn, room with human hairs on furniture, towels with stains on……not the great start we expected. Rang reception to inform them of damage to chair and ripped bedding and dirt stains on towel. Staff arrived with alternative bed sheet and that was dirty too (see last picture) This hotel was recommended by our friends for its excellence!

Hotel Constantinos is very well located with a large, developed area of infrastructure, sunbeds very many, well located on the grass by the sandy beach. Good waiter service. And that's the end of the pluses. 5 Stars by name only. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned superficially, you have to ask for washing accessories - maids do not leave, sometimes you have to ask for a towel that is missing, cleaning just like, under the bed not cleaned from a month of time - a ton of dust and dirt, you also have to ask for, for example, Coffe for brewing, drinking water in the rooms is no (subtropical zone)! Extremely stupid savings the more so because such water in the store costs 0.70 euros. The head of the room staff completely does not require any cleaning standard. Sauna open a few hours only until 17.30 is a mockery. Food at breakfast correct but very monotonous, all the time the same. At dinner, the food varied and tasty- ok. Waiter service very nice and helpful. Overall, the hotel deserves 3.5 Stars.

The holiday was just what we needed for a relaxing break. The hotel is superb and all the staff pleasant and nothing too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel. Thankyou. We had a sea view room and I requested a high floor and that’s what we got. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. Also very good food and position of hotel on the beach is great. With a flat boardwalk all the way along the beach front which is great for walking especially if anyone has mobility issues. Not much entertainment as it’s still low season but that didn’t bother us. The only slight negative is the shower screen in the bathroom is very short and because there is a “rain shower” the water tends to go onto the bathroom floor. But all in all a lovely hotel.
