"The hotel's service and interior environment are very good. The surrounding road maintenance and the suspension of Line 9 for several consecutive days caused serious traffic inconvenience. I took a taxi four nights out of the six nights I stayed there. The streets seemed safer during the day, but I had to take a taxi to get back at night. Secondly, because this hotel was newly renovated and opened not long ago, there was still some odor in the room."

"Great hotel in the oberkampf district of Paris. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient location with metro and bus stops within 3 minutes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet."

Great
AAurora1394The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, and the subway station is 5 minutes away. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and exchange shops downstairs.
The Haussmann-style building, the lobby restaurant environment is very tasteful, and the old-fashioned elevator is small and dreamy. The staff is very friendly, and they heard that we were on an anniversary trip and gave us champagne. Every day when we came back from going out, they greeted us warmly.
The evening service gave us chocolates and candies, and the cleaning was also very clean, which is a five-star standard.
Very satisfied, hope to have the opportunity to come again.

Great
SSteph The FrenchAussieExcellent place to stay. I stayed in a micro room, designed to accommodate single traveler, and micro it was ! But it was extremely clean, decorated with a touch of fantasy and while small, it had everything you could think about.
The staff I interacted with had always been friendly , polite and welcoming.
The location is close to the train station and its subway and RER lines.
Overall, a small, but excellent little hotel to stay.
I would not hesitate to come back to this place.
GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.
YYee11An amazing stay at Bloom House and Spa in Paris! The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, and I loved the thoughtful layout—the separate toilet and shower, plus the basin outside, made it so practical and clean. All basic amenities were provided, including a TV, which was great.
The indoor swimming pool was absolutely stunning and cozy, and the sauna and gym, with their treated wood design, created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel had a delightful scent throughout, adding a luxurious and relaxing touch to the experience.
I also appreciated the breakfast option at a discounted rate when purchased during check-in, and the water dispenser conveniently located at the lift lobby was very handy.
Bloom House and Spa truly knows how to create a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserBeautiful little hotel 2 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe. We were wonderfully welcomed by Giorgio. The service, spa and room were superb. We will come back with pleasure.

Very Good
TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the basement floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.

Very Good
GGuest UserI set the balcony room double room clean location is good but no sound, the room is very close between the rooms, when cleaning the room, the equipment in the room is not prepared, the feeling is very bad, when using this for a while, there is no shower gel in the bathroom. The double room has a towel, a bottle of water, and 2 paper towels are gone. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and does not buy them (at least provide customers with choices)
CCiqingdaHygiene: Very good, nothing wrong.
Environment: There is a balcony, but no view.
Service: So-so, there is only one person in the restaurant and the front desk, it feels understaffed. The quality of food and beverage is OK.
Facilities: The decoration style is not bad, the shower water pressure is good. But the room is still very small, and the aisles on both sides of the bed take up a lot of space, so the luggage can't be placed, so the two luggages are barely put down at the end of the bed. The lighting control is also a bit messy. Note that there is no bedside table, and the room type I was assigned does not have a table and chair in the bedside area, which is different from the reference picture.
GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThe service here was great! I arrived super early after a 10 hour flight to Paris, the front desk agent was able to find me a room, no problem. The other agents and staff were kind and helpful as well! Thanks so much for adding to the trip of a lifetime 😊❤️
