Here there everywhereClean hotel with basic amenities, with pretty rooms.❤️ Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a half an hour's walk to the Eiffel tower 🗼and lots of museums🎨. There are a lot of train/metro stations nearby🚝🚉, a minute or two away. There is an overwhelm of award winning cafes ☕🥐 everywhere so you are spoilt for choice. The check-in process is very smooth, the staff friendly. The room is quiet, you cannot hear the street outside with closed windows, but you might hear your neighbours showering/coughing. Overall great stay 😊

Located on the Champs-Élysées, the hotel is conveniently located. Just exit from Line 1 and walk straight into the LV building. The hotel offers warm service, and coffee and tea are provided free of charge in the lobby.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, the staff was polite, and the breakfasts were good. There are two metro stations nearby, one offering a direct line to the Eiffel Tower. The city center is quite a long walk away. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Louvre, 40 minutes to the Champs-Élysées, and 1 hour 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is also perfectly fine. There are large boulevards nearby.

Guest UserLove the location. The area itself is very buzzing with all the shops u want to visit in paris. Not so touristy eventhough near to eiffel tour. The train superb. The location easily accessible by train with many station options. Our room came with small balcony with eiffel view. Room decent size. No complains towards the hotel. Staffs all very nice. Didnt get the name. But all of them super nice super friendly very helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, with several metro lines nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. It's also quite close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even packed us breakfast because we had an early train.

This hotel isn't bad, but it doesn't quite live up to a European 3-star standard. It's a 10-minute walk to the metro, and then a 30-minute ride to the city center. The breakfasts are a bit monotonous, and for some reason, they serve raw eggs. Also, if you don't leave your room before noon, it won't get cleaned. Overall, my impression was that it was decent, but it definitely could have been better.

The hotel's location is excellent: close to the metro, McDonald's, and a grocery store are very close, and all the city center attractions are within walking distance.
The staff is helpful and polite.
The hotel is in good condition, with a working elevator and plenty of TV channels. The room is small, like all Paris hotels.
The most important thing in winter is that the hotel is very warm!
The bathroom had a window :)
Cons:
- No kettle in the room
- Safe doesn't work
- Very small shower stall (barely fits a 90+ kg person)

Breakfast: Standard continental, with a spacious dining area. However, the French chain burger joint right outside is absolutely delicious, with a Caribbean flair.
Room: The double room felt cramped, which is understandable given it's only 13 square meters, similar to some student accommodations in the UK. I wouldn't recommend it.
Cleanliness: The lobby is large and quite good. However, there were small bloodstains on the sheets, which looked like they had been washed many times. The bathroom is tiny, as the bathtub takes up a lot of space. It feels like an old building that's been converted, similar to the 'laopoxiao' (old, dilapidated, and small) apartments you find in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. You could probably find a better option for the same price. But then again, it is a chain hotel.
Location: It's fairly convenient, within 30 minutes of major attractions. However, the entrance isn't very conspicuous, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there. There's a nice park near a subway station behind the hotel.

Safe area and located near metro. On arrival you are asked for your passport details and it is recorded on a system.
Staff are friendly and willing to help
However I was not made aware that there was a major event on my departure. This meant I could have missed my connection back to London. Just a note for the staff to let visitors know if an event is happening.

The room wasn’t very spacious, but it had all the essentials in a minimal setup, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced. It was clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea, and a kettle were provided. However no fridge.
It was very convenient, as Monoprix is right nearby and the hotel is located on Commerce Street with many shops. The staff are also friendly. I will come back to this hotel for next my business trip to Paris.
