Hôtel Moderniste

I scoured the hotel choices in Central Paris as I really wanted to stay in Montparnasse or St Germain but just wasn't finding a good fit for our family of 4(with two college age boys). Hotel Moderniste kept popping up on my searches, and I was a little hesitant to stay in that area, but I'm so glad we did. We stayed in 8 hotels on our trip across Europe and this was one of our top two favorites! It started with the super friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Wonderful to be greeted so warmly after a long travel day. The room was absolutely wonderful with all of the modern amenities we needed. The hotel is so clean and beautifully appointed, and the area turned out to be perfect. It felt more local and not so touristy and felt very safe. Lots of restaurant choices nearby and close to the Metro. I hesitate to recommend this wonderful place because I want it to be our best kept secret spot to stay while visiting Paris. My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and don't have a bad word to say about it. The room was cosy but very clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. There was an issue with loud noise from a group staying in a nearby room and the staff approached the group straight away. The breakfast was nice. They offer free tea/coffee any time of day/night. In terms of location there are a couple of local bars and cafés but we mainly used the two local metro stations to come in and out of the city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I stayed for five days and loved the place. It was very clean, the staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. The closest metro station is very close and I found it easy to travel around Paris and back to the hotel. There are several good restaurants and also some nice shops near the hotel, also a grocery store very close by. The only downside was that the room was quite tiny. It was ok for me alone though, traveling solo. I would definitely go back and warmly recommend the hotel. I want to sincerely thank the staff for the lovely hotel experience. :)

· Hello, first of all, I would like to thank Ms. Liya. She hosted us so well and cared about our requests and fulfilled them. I was really pleased. The hotel was amazing, the view from our room was wonderful, it was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were very high quality and sufficient. It is located very close to the metro and in a very safe area. We reached the Eiffel Tower by walking from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Paris again.
