Hôtel de Bellevue Paris Gare du Nord Reviews

We stayed at Bellevue Gare du Nord so we were near to the Stad De France for an Imagine Dragons Concert. Although the area itself wasn't particularly attractive (didn't feel overly safe walking around at night), it was incredibly conveniently located for public transport. Just a 15 minute walk from Gare Du Nord where we travelled from to get to and from Paris and then only a few minutes to the nearest metro (Chapell) which took us to Stad De France in only around 5 minutes and the centre in about 20. The hotel was like a little haven - so clean and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of options available - the staff were working incredibly hard to make sure we all enjoyed our breakfast - thank you. In fact, the staff in general were what made this hotel particularly nice - they were all so incredibly polite and helpful!! We really enjoyed our stay in Paris, including a boat trip from Ponte Neuf - recommend. Thank you Bellevue!!

The hotel room we had was spotless. Walk-in shower, large TV and safe. Linen changed daily. The Breakfast choices were of a continental style served in a very quaint cellar setting. The best part about the hotel are the staff. Very friendly and welcoming and will do anything to make sure your stay is trouble free. The information they provided was a great benefit. The location was perfect for our needs I would definitely stay here again and I'd thoroughly recommend it.

they didnt refund my money 100euro on time which they have promised. and i had a quite annoying problem with that.

The hotel was very nice and safe. Very centrally located, easily accessible from both train stations.

The surroundings are dirty and messy, and the front desk made a mistake with the room.

Lovely small hotel north of Gard du nord. Walking distance to it and 4 other metro stations- useful when visiting lots of tourist sites. Hotel room was modern, walk in shower in bathroom. Cute breakfast area in basement with continental choice. Completely clean and helpful reception.

A decent, clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Located close to the Metro and a 20 minute walk to Gare du nord & Sacre Coeur. The local neighbourhood is downtrodden, but we still felt safe.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean delightful rooms . Breakfast room was lovely as was continental breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we weren't very happy around La Chapelle metro, seemed to be a lot of groups of men so preferred a taxi . Must emphasize the hotel is faaaaabbbuuuulous.

The hotel was all that I expected for our short stay needs. Clean and recently updated I believe. We had a room with 3 beds - cosey but absolutely fine. Very comfortable beds and loved the pillow! Staff were exceptional. Great to be able to leave our luggage on the last day for a small charge to store so that we could enjoy a full day not lugging things around. Perfect location to and from Gare du Nord. Downside, and no fault of the hotel - the area made myself and my two young adult daughters feel very uncomfortable. After one incident, we choose to book bolt (Uber equivalent) for transport to various sight-seeing areas and I absolutely wouldn’t walk out in the evening. The metro/train are very close by which is great but for us, it wasn’t a choice.

I stayed at this hotel and paid a €100 security deposit, which I was told would be refunded after my stay. It is now April 12th, and I have yet to receive it. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve gotten no clear answer or resolution. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The only positive part of my stay was the helpful and professional service from Emilliano—he truly made a difference during my visit. Unfortunately, the unresolved issue with the deposit has overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Room very small, very clean but lacking storage space. Every day I had to request milk & pop to reception to get it, we also had to request shower gel. The info guide advises Channel 54 is world news but the channel isn’t active. None of the mirror lights work & when I mentioned all these things to reception she advised that they haven’t worked for a while & probably never will !! Breakfast was adequate but the coffee was lukewarm & tasted awful :( as stated the area is a bit dodgy but it was part of the Eurostar deal. The pillows were soft but the bed was so uncomfortable & too hard for our preference, it’s at best a budget hotel in a budget area, it’s a shame as the photos show a quaint little Parisian hotel :( Really disappointed with our stay :(

Nice hotel Nice reception staff Room good , comfortable bed , shower room nicely decorated Maybe a world news channel on tv would be good Vending machine will only take notes , but change is only given in coins ! Location not comfortable, though well placed for metro and Gare du nord .
