Poor service, the integrity level of the staff needs to be improved. Management chaos. After I clearly asked the staff to help me check and keep my lost items, The staff not only impatiently replied on the phone, but also did not give me any feedback. I am very certain that my bag was left in the hotel, and I could even determine where it was in the room. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff intentionally stole it, but for a hotel, it affects integrity and clearly poses a safety hazard. It's really disappointing.

The service attitude of the hotel is terrible. There is no hot water in the morning. Every time you go out, you have to swipe the key card at the front desk. The subway makes noise every 10 seconds from morning to night every day. The bed vibrates when it passes by. This is the worst, worst, worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life

The room is small but clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is good, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are several coffee shops on the street in front of the door, and you can walk to Paris Printemps
