The call room to room is not functioning. I complaint about the bes side lamp not funtioning but no technician came to repair. Bell is not functioning. The hotel only provide tea beg for two for family room which has 3 occupants. No sugar provided.Β  For the hot water , you have to take outside from the Coway . As for the ironinng you have to pay rm0.50 for 1 hour

The room doesn't provide iron nor kettle which the management put them outside at the hallway for public use. You can stay here for our UTHM's event considering this hotel is the nearest to the University.

Maybe can improve on amenities. But overall staying at this place is great. Clean, quiet, fast internet… really2 worth of place to stay. For parents that want stay here while attending their kids UTHM reg/convo or Nursing college reg, this location is recommended. Kudos to owner to give a great infra and comfortable place to stay. Better than some KL/Melaka/Seremban 4 star hotel.

The price of the room is still reasonable. The room is clean but a bit cramped. Friendly service. The location of the hotel is close to various facilities. Limited parking.
