Very Good
GGuest UserI was a little worried because it was a motel, but it was very clean and comfortable.
The room was warm and suited Banff, and the bathroom was clean. I usually bring my own shampoo, but I tried this one, which seems to be a Rocky Mountain brand, and was surprised how well it worked on my hair!
There were plenty of cups, but no cutlery, so people who eat in their rooms will need to bring their own.
LlihataThe front desk service and attitude are average. It's OK, the price is not expensive after all. The parking lot in the basement can be parked by swiping the room card, which is ok. It's convenient to walk to anywhere
GGuest UserA beautiful and super convenient place to stay if you want to be close to Banff Town. We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna - it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The family suite came with a lot of great perks: having our own kitchenette made it easy to cook meals and having two bathrooms was a big plus for four people- it made the say much more comfortable.
The only suggestion I'd make is to give the stove's ventilation hood a deep clean - it looked like it could use a bit of attention.
Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this place to others. Great value and a great stay!
EEmily ChanTravelled in a group of 3 adults and 3 kids - good design of the room allowing 6 people to stay in a room with 2 bathrooms (with one having bathing facilities) and full kitchen. It seems to be the only hotel/ resort with such design in the area. That said, the cleanliness/ hyenine needs to be improved. I wiped the floor and the paper turned black instantly, and the staff didn't throw the garbage on the loft (they only did that for the ground floor) nor make our bed from the second day onwards.
GGuest UserEverything is good besides the location. If you come with your car, then location isn’t a matter to you. But it still takes like 10 minutes walking to the Main Street and Hight school station. Surprisingly, the wooden floor comes with heat.
LLyssaGThis hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient.
The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning.
GGuest UserLooking at the reviews, everyone said it arrived in 5 minutes.
When I got there I realized it was only a 5-minute drive.
Instead of walking for five minutes.
The room was very old and smelled of burning wood as soon as you entered.
Very uncomfortable.
There were bugs in the room.
The bed is hard and the sofa bed is uneven
The pool water was dirty.
The outdoor facilities were nice and clean.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town.
RrohitsharingThe room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car.
LlaozhusjThe famous hotel in Banff town has good health, service, facilities and location, and has its own characteristics. It has its own independent underground garage. You can see the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains when you go out. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the core area of the town.
