Amazing
XXiangxishidahaiI've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay.
Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions.
Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience.
GGuest UserExcellent location in Banff! Near stores and restaurants with awesome views around. Very friendly staff too.
The room itself was quite clean except that as soon as we entered, there were flies including fruit flies⦠Other than that, the room was big and warm. It had a keep safe too.
The washroom was quite small, it was hard to close the door but it worked out.
HHo BoboHotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease.
More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor.
This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!
EEmily_hyoI love, Love, love..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fireplace were the best enough here! So I enjoyed the great service until I left the room. Ed ex
GGuest UserI was a little worried because it was a motel, but it was very clean and comfortable.
The room was warm and suited Banff, and the bathroom was clean. I usually bring my own shampoo, but I tried this one, which seems to be a Rocky Mountain brand, and was surprised how well it worked on my hair!
There were plenty of cups, but no cutlery, so people who eat in their rooms will need to bring their own.
é»é»å®¶åŗThe location of the hotel is good with perfect access to the town. There is a supermarket named IGA which is about 8 mins walk. The cave pool is amazing which gives us a relaxing experience. The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up.
SSajjadIt is at at a nice location, very friendly staff and great service. Everything was accessible from there and the bus stop was right next to it. The hotel gave us buss passes free of charge for all day travel however since we had the car we didnt use it.
I took a lodge and it was very nice, it was the last one on the property and pretty quiet yet very accessible.
I didnt use any amenities so i dont know however everything seems pretty solid.
GGuest UserConvenient location, decent room
As mentioned by others, good shower products
Clean bed
Exceeded expectations for a āmotelā style accommodation
We only stayed 1 night, it was perfectly adequate
RrohitsharingThe room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit ⦠dark gives gloomy impression and as if thereās something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didnāt need it as we had our own car.
GGuest UserIt was a 3rd floor room with two double beds, and the ceiling was high and the room was spacious, so it was comfortable! I chose it because I wanted to see Banff Town, and it was convenient because I could walk to the center of Banff Town in about 10 minutes! Also, the staff were very friendly, and there was parking, so I think I would choose it again if I stayed in Banff Town.
