The double room was tiny, with no space for luggage, but then again, you wouldn't want to just stay cooped up indoors when visiting Banff. There's free, semi-covered parking, which is great for keeping out of the rain. The complimentary breakfast wasn't extensive but definitely filling enough. If you're staying for several days, there's a good chance your key card might stop working mid-stay. The hotel encourages guests to opt out of housekeeping, citing environmental protection, but the old perk of getting a coffee shop voucher for doing so is no longer available.

Room was in excellent condition as was the bathroom.   Room was very large with a king bed, two large sitting chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace and a separate desk area.  Restaurant had interesting signs and was very good.  The Inn is a little far from Banff center to be able to walk there.

We had a wonderful stay at The Rundlestone Lodge. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it an excellent base for exploring Banff National Park. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We especially appreciated the complimentary underground parking and the convenient location on Banff Avenue. Although it’s a little outside the downtown core, it was easy to drive or take the local bus into town. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. Overall, The Rundlestone Lodge offers great value for money with comfortable accommodations, helpful staff, and excellent amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

The room was very clean and wonderfully warm when I visited in winter, with the heating on 24/7. It's right in the heart of Banff town center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. There's a parking lot next door, which is also where some airport shuttle pick-up/drop-off points are located. I was dropped off right at the hotel parking lot by my airport shuttle and picked up from the same spot for my return flight, which was super convenient.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, and the view was absolutely beautiful with excellent facilities. The only thing to note is that you have to check-in at a different hotel.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Love the ambiance with the log cabin features. Close to eateries. Fair work to downtown shops but problem solved they gave us a 3 day bus pass. 

The hotel is located on the edge of town, but it's not too far to walk to the town center, about a 10-15 minute stroll. The room amenities are quite basic, showing that the hotel is likely a bit older. Free parking is available in the hotel's underground garage. It's not great value for money, but then again, hotels in Banff are generally expensive.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly kind and consistently provided attentive service, which left a strong impression on me. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to fully recover from my travels. The bathroom facilities were also well-maintained, which I appreciated. The location was excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Access to public transportation was also good, which made getting around a breeze. The hotel itself had a quiet and calm atmosphere, allowing me to rest peacefully at night. This is a hotel I would definitely like to use again if I have the opportunity. We had a wonderful stay at Bow View Lodge. The location is excellent, with the river just behind the property, providing a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We also appreciated the front desk team calling ahead to reconfirm our reservation dates, which was a thoughtful touch and gave us peace of mind before arrival. While the rooms are a bit dated, they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a great value for the location and a pleasant place to stay while enjoying the beautiful Banff!

We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.
