There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, parking is convenient, check-in, the front desk actually put the ID card on the card cover, the housekeeper will take the initiative to pour water for us when he enters the door, it is so intimate! After playing at night, I found that there are tea bags and coffee in the room! The room has a smart toilet, the bath water is very comfortable, and the hand sanitizer shower gel shampoo is very good to use, praise! The bed is super invincible, the facilities are very new and invincible! Go out and walk two steps to the Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology. There are also shopping malls and the food street of the University of Science and Technology. The price is full. Recommend recommended recommended! (Pure hand knock, too invincible this hotel, come and book)

GGuest UserI haven't been here for a few years. The hotel has been renovated. I personally like the style very much. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain this state of continuous improvement.

GGuest UserThis stay was perfect! From the warm and considerate staff at the front desk when checking in, to the warm and elegant room layout, every detail shows the care. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel and travel is convenient. The hotel can also help with laundry, which is great and convenient! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions.
Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete.
Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good.
Environment: The room decoration is European style and not bad.
Service: I am really touched that a hotel at this price has service. Let's try it. The rating can still explain some problems.

Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

AAnonymous UserThe yurt we stayed in was clean, and the room was equipped with disposable toiletries. We had a lively bonfire party in the evening, and it rained heavily in the middle of the night, but the air conditioning in the room was very good, so we didn't feel cold. Although I was woken up in the middle of the night by the thunder and rain, I still slept well. The breakfast prepared for free was delicious. When we left the yurt, we left some things behind, and the owner found them after cleaning up and immediately contacted us to help us mail them. We were so grateful!

GGuest UserOur experience was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with horse wine and traditional music, which set the tone for the trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, offering us a variety of activities right away.
Shortly after arrival, we went horseback riding through the beautiful fields. Following that, we visited a nearby area with an array of activities like tea tasting, dressing up in traditional Mongolian clothing, archery, and viewing livestock. There was also an option to watch a horse riding show, but we decided to skip it as we were a bit tired.
The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was cold outside, the heating kept the space warm, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. It added a charming touch to the overall experience.
In the evening, there was a large yurt on the premises where we enjoyed an authentic Mongolian dinner accompanied by a captivating live show. The night ended with fireworks, a bonfire, and more entertainment, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
I highly recommend this place if you want a well-organized and immersive experience. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, communication was never an issue, and we always felt welcomed. A big thank you to the team for taking such great care of us!

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing reviews, nothing to say. The hotel customer service, Mr. Li who picked us up, and the rest of the hotel staff were all super nice. The hotel has private bathrooms, which are clean and well-equipped. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, took us on tours, and gave us many discounts. We had a blast. We met lovely people on the Xilamuren Grassland. I'm so happy and will definitely come back! It's much more reliable to contact a hotel than a tour group! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and adorable lambs! Horseback riding and archery at the Aobao meeting were so much fun.

The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience.
But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort.
