GGuest UserThe mattress has a soft and a firm side, which was perfect for my back problems! The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent – super good! The personalized service was exceptional; Sherry, the Assistant Manager in the lobby, deserves special praise. She noticed I hadn't come to the restaurant for breakfast one day and proactively messaged me to ask if I needed breakfast delivered to my room. It truly made me feel at home! The buffet restaurant's service was just okay, and the food quality could be improved.

- Great service by reception staff: offered welcome drink and patient to answer our queries and accommodated our request for rooms to be same floor or near each other
- Spacious, clean and quiet room which offered full set of basic toiletries along with four complimentary bottles of water and some biscuits. Would be good to offer coffee sachets.
- Appreciated the comfortable cot setup for 1 of the room.
- Location: not the most ideal as might not be easy to locate for some drivers, 12-15mins drive away from Qilou Old Street.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering fruits, bread, hot dishes, and even freshly cooked items. The room also came with complimentary drinks, and you could pick up free coffee at the front desk. They even provided late-night snacks! But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were not only beautiful but also had lovely voices, making every interaction a pleasure.

GGongshangThe concierge was incredibly knowledgeable about Haikou! While he was helping me get a taxi, we chatted, and he recommended I go to the Cloud Library to watch the sunrise, which was only a 15-minute taxi ride away. Afterwards, I explored the Qilou Old Street, rented a bike, and cycled around taking photos – it was a fantastic experience. When I returned, the doorman greeted me from afar and held the door open. The whole experience was great, and lying in my sea-view room watching Century Bridge was so relaxing.

GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to the Qilou Old Street and directly opposite the Bell Tower. The service was also excellent; I was able to check in early because a room was available, and they even upgraded my room type! The windows and toilet are smart, so you can tell it's a very new renovation, yet there was absolutely no formaldehyde smell. Definitely recommend! Oh, and breakfast was incredibly rich and varied too. Great value for money, a really high-value stay.

MM254153****Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out.
Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean.
Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty.
Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

GGuest UserI loved the room design; it was spacious and bright, with a great sense of openness. The hotel offers a variety of facilities: the kids adored the water park, while I really enjoyed the hot springs – so many different types to choose from! A soak in the evening helped me sleep so much better. The recreation center also had plenty to do, like ping pong, billiards, and an indoor pool, which are great options for a rainy day. I didn't get a chance to visit the card and chess room this time, but I'll definitely check it out next time. The service was excellent, with smiling staff everywhere I went. They even provided thoughtful welcome fruit and bedtime desserts. I also tried the Jiyuan travel photography service. The makeup, styling, and photography were all top-notch; I'm very happy with the results.

GGuest UserThis is a four-star hotel, and admittedly, some of the facilities are a bit old. When I arrived in Haikou, it had just rained, and there was a musty smell in the room and corridors, which was a bit off-putting. However, everything else was quite good. What stood out was that the shower water was natural hot spring water, and you could even enjoy the hot springs from 2 PM to 10 PM daily. For a room rate of just over 100 RMB, it's truly excellent value for money. Plus, the hotel is located right in the old town, full of local charm and a lively atmosphere. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Haikou.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the service from the Zirong housekeeper was thoughtful. They proactively shared information about children's classes, which made traveling with kids much easier. However, there were two issues in the room that affected our experience: the door lock wasn't smooth to use and should be replaced promptly, and the in-room telephone couldn't connect, making it very inconvenient to contact staff when needed. We hope the hotel can quickly repair and optimize these room facilities.

Laundry has 1 washer and 1 dryer. Separate bath/toilet, bath, face towels. Floor towel mat. Small area but OK. Water flow out and wet toilet area although separated. No rain shower. Big slippers. Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
