Rrockylee1. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal. There are many restaurants nearby and the accommodation is very convenient. The room is large and there is a living room, unexpected, but the living room side is on the bedside, next to the street, sooner or later, some noisy, especially the UK speed is generally faster, pay attention to it. Breakfast is prepared in advance bread yogurt cereal milk, some in the refrigerator, some in the locker, do not have too much expectations.
2. If you come by car, you will need a parking card with the front desk, which costs £3 a day. There are unlimited parking. There are several places to park. It is actually very convenient. When you leave, you can go to the parking lot to drive first, and put the key and parking card at the front desk when you come back.

Facilities: Warm bedding, snow-white towels, free sparkling water, welcome milk. There is a hot water kettle and bedside USB socket.
Meals: There are seven or eight set meals to choose from for breakfast. The full English style is very rich. You can even choose low-calorie coffee and low-calorie tea!
Service: The landlord is very kind and gentleman, and can speak ”omelet” and ”poached egg” in Chinese.

AAmy’s TravelsI’ve booked Low Wood Bay a few times but this was the first time using trip.com - we got an excellent deal and the customer service was brilliant from both trip.com and Low Wood Bay. There had been heavy snowfall so things were a bit up in the air with whether we would be coming or not due to road closures but the staff were brilliant. Thankfully we did get to come for the night and we’d booked the spa the following day. It is one of the best spas I have been to. The views are stunning. The hotel itself is really lovely, fantastic location, extremely clean and all the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be coming to stay again and can’t recommend enough for a relaxing break.

GGuest UserThe family room booked can sleep three people no problem. The hotel reserved the best room with a small balcony where you can sit on the balcony and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Parking is free, which is perfect.

Our room is quite big, a four-poster double bed, a pair of bedside tables, a pair of sofa chairs plus a coffee table, as well as a wardrobe and a five-case cabinet, it feels like we used the tabletop, it is better to change to a desk, because I can squeeze on a small bedside table when I need a laptop . There is also the wash basin in the bathroom can put hand sanitizer and facial cleanser, if you install a small cabinet on it, you can put toiletries and skin care products, etc.
The breakfast is very good, it is checked on the menu every night, so that it can satisfy everyone's taste and avoid waste. Very good 👍🏻
We went by car. There are private parking spaces in the yard, and you can park your car. It seems that you can park for free on both sides of the road outside the yard. There is a bus stop at the door. Although we did not take it, we specially looked at the stop sign and it should be possible to surround the entire lake area. We walked to the cruise ship terminal on the first day and it took about 20 minutes. Drived on the second day
Grasmell, it takes about a quarter of an hour.
In short, it is recommended that visitors to the Lake District stay at this hotel.

Ppetter62This English-style villa hotel has a fantastic location and ambiance. The large lawn in front of the hotel is conveniently located just down the road from the boat terminal and bus terminal. The lawn and the small garden in front are exclusive to the hotel. It's wonderful to sit on a chair and sip coffee on the lawn, with Lake Windermere just below. The lobby also has several lounges with a distinctly English feel. The front desk staff was very friendly and even helped us call a taxi to the train station for £8 upon check-out. The restaurant staff were especially helpful, offering excellent service regardless of the size of your order. This hotel is a great value for money. There's a historic elevator in the photo below.

環境：在公園旁邊的馬路邊上，還不錯，還算安靜
我住的4號房，實際比圖片好看一些，稍微新一點，原本以為又是圖片上那種30年前那種傢俱，但實際可能就10年輕那種田園風，房間也挺大，大箱子也能展開，
服務：早上可以點餐，includ還算豐富
設施：住一樓，衹有幾步梯子需要提行李箱
缺點，一樓一定要拉窗簾，不然偶爾路過能看到房間裏，一到晚上22點後會有一股**氣味，有點受不了，房間門好像鎖不了，我也沒什麼貴重物品，也沒去問，就這樣住了3天，整體還是性價比不錯，畢竟這是在英國度假區最火的夏天，就不要有什麼大的期待，

Originally booked a classic twin room, after considering such a good environment, I still enjoyed it, so I looked at the picture and added money to book a club twin room. I was very looking forward to it. As a result, I was disappointed when I went upstairs. First of all, the elevator went to the first floor (the second floor in China), and our room was on the second floor. So the chartered driver who can work hard for Trip.com helped us take the box, and then after entering the door, I found that it was completely different from the picture. It was worse than the classic twin room we originally booked. There was a sofa, no coffee table, no desk and chair, and the service desk negotiated. The front desk staff was busy with restaurant service. So every time I asked him to ring the bell and wait, and I denied that there was a mistake. I insisted that the picture on Trip.com was wrong. What was given to us was the club twin room. There were no other rooms at present, so I could helpless stay and spent the worst night of the 16 nights of the trip. Fortunately, later Trip.com came forward to coordinate the refund of the difference and made corresponding compensation. We are still satisfied with the after-care work of Trip.com .
