I had handed over clothes for dry cleaning, but they were returned having undergone standard washing instead. Furthermore, the clothes were not clean, and an expensive shirt was ruined. The staff refused to take responsibility, claiming I had not specified dry cleaning—which was untrue—though I was eventually paid £100 in compensation. That was my experience during my stay."

It is on the second floor, the room is not big, but the facilities are complete and very clean. The bed is 1.3 meters, which is best for one person to sleep on, but it is a bit crowded for two people. Fortunately, it was cold. It was very quiet and I had a good rest."
