It was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

Excellent service by Taj staff, smooth check in, restful nights. Security team very friendly, responsible and helpful . Buffet service the coffee and tea beverage can be better too diluted. Needs improvement. All staff helpful and forthcoming. Rooftop and in room svc is good, enjoyable in days when you don’t want to eat out. The team members of Mr Yabesh and Tejkumar are excellent. Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

Location: Excellent Facilities: Good Service: Unsatisfactory 1. There was no one to greet us upon arrival 2. Our suitcases were unattended and we had to carry them to our room ourselves. 3. Mosquitoes everywhere. 4. We had to request for mosquito repellent. The hotel staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. 5. The food we ordered for in-room dining was not even warm (forget hot food). We only ordered some fries and a sandwich - not sure if the fries were prepared and shipped from France 😂 Will never opt this place again.

This hotel scores highly on airport proximity and overall value for money. While the interior and facilities are a bit dated, it's thankfully clean with no noticeable odors. Airplane noise from takeoffs and landings isn't an issue, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's a great choice for transit passengers looking for a budget-friendly option.

Location, good, amenities, average, rooms, cleanliness, bath etc, good, coffee shop only for breakfast, average, the quality, spread, and taste need improvement, no lunch or dinner possible or available. However for the price you get value.

It was a cheap Ibis brand hotel, but the room facilities were quite old and the water facilities were very worn out. Breakfast was for locals only and there was very little for foreigners to eat. There were no convenience stores nearby, so it would have been nice to have a mini shop.

good services and location. silent atmosphere good food and variety of breakfast. the only problem was that in online booking it is shown smoking is allowed where in it is a non smoking property. should change it becomes difficult for smokers
