LLostWithYanThe hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and convenience stores, and only about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Dori. The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa.

GGuest UserGood location, it’s a stone’s throw away from the rail station and there are many eateries nearby. Additionally, there is a Family Mart and supermarket below the hotel. Parking charge is reasonably priced at JPY1,500 a day considering it’s at Naha. We had a pleasant stay overall but would be better if the mattress can be harder.

LLinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

GGuest UserThe staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.

SSidarius McDonaldI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the check‑in process was smooth and quick. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and inviting. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle‑free experience.

RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good. Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.

GGuest UserThis is my go-to hotel every time I visit Okinawa. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the monorail station, and a short 5-6 minute walk to DFS and Naha's largest shopping mall, Main Place. A little further away, there's also the Depo outdoor sports store. The hotel's biggest draw is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly generous. While the rooms are a bit on the small side, they're perfectly fine for a solo traveler.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a „30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid „30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

AAuroraQQQThe Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.

NNiaoeraichichongThe nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor for quietness and a good view. Breakfast is just okay, but using the room card coupon for the buffet restaurant on the first floor is a good deal, starting at 11:30 AM – highly recommended. For under 300, it's a no-brainer.
