"It's just a weird stay. Overall good, but the service especially is inconsistent - the younger staff had the worst Gen Z stare I've ever come across (coming from a Gen Z myself), just stared blankly at customers with no greetings, and overall seemed very confused on what they needed to do. I think they needed some training. The older staff on the other hand are quite nice and efficient.
Also confused on the amenities provided - stayed for 4 nights; the first 2 nights had no water in room so I just bought from the hotel's own vending machine - but on the 3rd night they started providing bottled water in room. This goes back to the untrained front desk staff - they gave no explanation on what's provided and what's not.
This overall limbo and confusion lasts until check out - when I handed the room key back they just stood like O_O. Nothing said - not ”ok, check out done” or even ”finish”. I had to be the one to ask - so is that all? No other charges?
Please please train your front desk.

"The self-check-in process was a bit too smart for its own good, causing some minor issues. Just remember to carefully read your booking confirmation. It feels like a hands-off approach to management, but it's not necessarily bad. The room was spacious, and the amenities were very comprehensive. It's close to two decent-sized supermarkets, making it super convenient for cooking. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, and the toiletries were all branded, showing the host's thoughtful touches. The only downsides are the lack of parking and its distance from various attractions. The closest, Naminoue-gu Shrine (via Asahibashi Station), is almost a kilometer's walk, and Kokusai Street is even further. The cleanliness of the room also heavily depends on the previous guest. The overall tidiness wasn't great, but if you're willing to do a bit of tidying yourself, it's not a big deal."

Guest UserThe hotel environment is really good. When you exit Asahikawa Station via the subway, there's a direct walkway to the hotel's second floor. The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor, and after 3 PM, there are complimentary welcome drinks and alcoholic beverages. I chose a room with a balcony, and the view was fantastic – perfect for people-watching or just relaxing. The hotel is closest to Naha Bus Terminal; you take the elevator down to the first floor from the walkway, and as you exit the elevator, you'll see the bus terminal platforms. It's about a two-minute walk. It's roughly a four-minute walk to the subway station and ten minutes to Kokusai Dori. Walking to Naminoue Shrine takes about twenty minutes. This hotel is ideal for those who plan to use public buses. There are also several convenience stores around the hotel.

ywyamRoom was very clean and neat. About a 10 minute walk to Tomari Port, and about 15 minute walk from one end of Kokusai-Dori shopping street. There's a lot of izakayas and eateries to try around the area as well!
There were 2 car parking lots on the ground floor, and it cost 1000 yen per night to park. There are also other paid parking lots around the building, and they can provide some info on that at reception.
Laundry detergent was 50 yen for a small packet (1 wash), and softener was about 100 yen. Washing machine and dryer in the room worked very well.
One thing I would say is that I did message them on Trip.com regarding parking more than a week before my stay and didn't get a response until the day before my stay, where they only asked me what time I'd be checking in. Not sure if this was a Trip.com issue.
But overall, great place to stay, would recommend, especially if you are catching an early ferry from Tomari Port to one of the islands for the day :)

小俩口吕The hotel is right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Family Mart downstairs. They change towels daily, and the rooms offer a private space. The shower rooms require a code to enter, which feels very secure. There's a washing machine for 300 Yen and a dryer for 100 Yen for 30 minutes. Laundry detergent costs 50 Yen per pod. The soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, having a private space is well worth it. There are separate male and female toilets on each floor.

It is a super clean and well maintained hotel. The bed despite the thin mattress on the floor was comfortable with a good pillow and a nice duvet.
The stairs leading up to the bedroom are extremely steep, making it difficult to climb. There is also no chairs to sit on and no closet.
If you are agile, the hotel for the price is very good, if you are staying for one or two nights.
The staff are very friendly amd helpful but they do not speak English.

Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction.
I was really satisfied.
Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean.
You can use bathtub and relax, too.
I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel.
Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor.
Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅)
please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view.
Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

Guest UserClean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores. Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍
Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple . A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

The only service provided was towel replenishment. Since it's self-check-in, we were stuck at the entrance and in the lobby for a long time. The staff available for in-person assistance weren't native Japanese speakers, and even if they spoke English, their accents were very strong. I recommend getting the entrance code from customer service via text before you arrive.

Guest UserThe is a capsule hotel. You cannot expect to have the service of a 5-star hotel. The value for money is undoubtedly high. Location is outstanding. A lot of convenience shops and restaurants are in the vicinity. Good for backpackers. A market is within 5 minutes walk for your understanding of Okinawa food culture. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The curtain on the transparent window in the bathroom was broken, making it awkward to take a shower, and there was no customer service to help. The room is small, but the space is fully utilized. The bathtub, shower, laundry, dryer, and bathroom are separated... The circulation is appropriate and the planning is great.
