Amazing
GGanghaoyujiantingThe room was spotless, the location was incredibly convenient, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel price was very reasonable. Definitely worth a five-star rating! Okinawa is also a beautiful place, worth another visit!

GGuest UserThis is my go-to hotel every time I visit Okinawa. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the monorail station, and a short 5-6 minute walk to DFS and Naha's largest shopping mall, Main Place. A little further away, there's also the Depo outdoor sports store. The hotel's biggest draw is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly generous. While the rooms are a bit on the small side, they're perfectly fine for a solo traveler.

LLilooooThe best location! convenient to go around! the room is great love their pillow the most. However, there are two wings side the new renovate one (river wing) and another wing side (station wing) is the old one. we got the old room in station wing but it still acceptable!. still quite clean and doesnt seem old. Staff also very helpul and can speak many languages the room is big and if you choose to not clean each day you will get free ice cream/bed. we had 2 bed so both of us got free ice cream ! they also sell Okinawa Limited coke at vending machine....it really hard to find Overall, We had such a great time and we definitely come back again.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

GGuest UserClean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores.  Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍 Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple .  A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

CCyril Jhames MaglaqueFirst of all a lot of people don't get the purpose of these types of room. A small and single bed is meant for only staying for a night of couple days. Unless you're just trying to save money then this is definitely best for the budget, you get what you paid for. Yes its small but this is not a resort, the room is meant for people who likes to go outside and only need a place to sleep. The problem with the room I had was the AC is too weak that I was having trouble sleeping at night because it's hot, I literally had to open the refrigerator and put it on max just to cool down the room. I wish there is a wall plug next or closer to the bed so I charge my phone while it's next to me. Next is the the pillow which it pretty uncomfortable for me because it has beans inside rather than cotton. And lastly the window, there is no point of putting a window if I can't even see outside. When you open the window there is another glass behind it that you cant see anything. Checking out is easy, all you have to do is drop the key on the box but checking in is weird because I have to put my info on a iPad and take a video of myself and a picture of my passport. Please bring your passport when you're staying here but maybe an ordinary identification will be fine.

GGuest UserGood point. • Facing Kokusai-dori, access to tourist spots was good. Convenient to go anywhere and perfect as a base for sightseeing. • Good cost performance and comfortable while suppressing accommodation costs. I'm worried. • It was good that there was a smell of water red in the shower room and the cleaning was a little more thorough. • I felt noisy at night because it was along Kokusai-dori. I think you can spend more comfortably if you have measures such as improving the soundproofing of the curtains.

EEllie DiegelGreat amenities and location. 3 grocery stores across the street, a bus stop short walk around the corner and the monorail a little further down. Complimentary coffee at the lobby in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. Having access to the washing machine is great especially when we have launder for a family of four. They arranged the room to be cleaned between our stay but will bring fresh towels every day. Love  that the kid’s have a separate space from us.

RRACHID EL CADI EL HASKABoth the location and the accommodation are very good, the only thing we didn't like at all was that when we arrived at the accommodation there was no one anywhere and we had to find a thousand ways to be able to check in, since we had to go to another Mr. Kinjo to give us the keys to enter the room, otherwise it was fine.

GGuest UserThe curtain on the transparent window in the bathroom was broken, making it awkward to take a shower, and there was no customer service to help. The room is small, but the space is fully utilized. The bathtub, shower, laundry, dryer, and bathroom are separated... The circulation is appropriate and the planning is great.
