I stayed at RedDoorz @ Caimito Drive Dampas for a quick overnight trip, and overall, it was a decent budget stay.
The room was clean enough and surprisingly spacious for the price, with working air conditioning and stable WiFi, which made it comfortable for a short stay. The place itself is quiet and tucked away, so if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to rest after a long day, this fits well.
Staff were generally accommodating, and check-in was smooth. It didn’t feel overly luxurious, but it had the basics covered—bed, shower, and a calm environment.
That said, there are a few small things to manage expectations. Cleanliness is okay but not spotless, and don’t expect much guidance or assistance when it comes to nearby spots or transportation unless you ask.
Location-wise, it’s convenient enough—you’re just a short ride away from malls and key areas in Tagbilaran, which is a plus if you plan to move around.
Overall: Good value for money, especially for a 1-night stay. Not fancy, but practical, quiet, and comfortable enough if you just need a place to sleep and recharge.

We had a wodnerful stay in Hote Gabriella. The hotel is located in the outskirts of downtown Tagbilaran City, tucked in a quiet neighborhood. It is a perfect place to relax. Its amenities are also complete, the rooms are clean and and spacious. I also did not expect that the hotel is already turning 7 years old, it looks like it just opened 1-2 years ago. It really is well=kept and maintained. The hotel staff are also warm and hospitable. It is a simple yet classy relaxing getaway. Great place to stay overall!

Have been very flexible with me on weird transport situations. Invited me in their family for new year. Very, very close to the port.
A bit aging, could benefit from some investments.
Overall, a great place to stay when arriving and leaving Bohol. But maybe wait to see in person before booking a long stay in the place, many great hostels in very nice settings all around the island.

Guest UserCesars is great value for money, in my opinion. We had a Deluxe Queen Room. The room itself was large (for the money). It was clean (*), subdued traffic noise and the bed itself very comfortable. The bedding was clean. Minor points, the A/C was a window type and quite a few years old, unfortunately located pointed at the bed (cold breeze) and noisy. But it kept the room cool despite large windows. The bathroom was again large, but the chrome work (taps and drains) need a good clean and descaling. They were not dirty, just looked it.
We only ate breakfast (included) which was modest, but so is the price. It tasted fine too.
Finally the staff were professional and courteous. The receptionists were great, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
Finally, would we go back; definitely. Enough said.

Guest UserThis hotel is good, the rooms are bigger and the facilities are more complete. The environment of the hotel is very good. On the first floor is a large restaurant similar to a coffee shop. But the breakfast is average, so it's a meal. There are two types to choose from, American or local, American is bread slices, and the local staple food is rice. The hotel is quiet, the only downside is that it is a bit far from the pier. But the hotel service is very good, knowing that we are going to the pier in the morning, we sent a car to take us there. The price does not feel expensive.

We often stay here. Nice family owned place with attentive and friendly staff. You could walk to the ferry port from the hotel and close to city center.
However, many electrical plugs not working in the rooms, makes digital nomading a challenge…charging gadgets.
Also, the coffee shop has never had a person who can make coffee up there. (Third floor)
We will continue staying here and recommend this place to our traveling friends.

Best choice for this price. Room was small but cozy, the best budget hotel we had during this trip in Phillipines (we had three ones before). Rooftop terrace is perfect, we take once our meal to eat it in the evening and we enjoy it. The location was comfortable for our needs as well.

Guest UserThe service was nice and check-in procedure smooth. It is. great pick up point for the Bohol Countryside Tours. Island City Mall is nearby and a Mc Donald's and 7-Eleven, too.

Guest UserAmenities, do not expect much, they only provide water dispenser downstairs with reusable mugs; bedsheets are thin & a bit old but tolerable, looks clean and smells good, & blankets are ok; with 1 pillow only each bed; inside bathroom has 2 pcs small soap (though I saw 1 tiny cockroach inside, hu hu hu!). We enjoyed their TV with netflix. Staffs are kind & very approachable, & helpful as well. With limited parking (2-3 cars).
