The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan.

The place is just as majestic as the county it is in. The place smells heavenly, rooms are spacious beautiful and have a mesmerising view of river Paro. The rooms are so concealed that you can literally completely be okay inside while it being -2 degrees outside. The staff so courteous and well trained that they attend you as soon as you look at them. The best spa experience is guaranteed at this place, the beds are heated and the therapists are well trained, the food, ambience, location, view and structure all is worth experiencing.

We decided to choose this place for our last two days im Bhutan and it was a great idea. The room, the facilities and the indoor pool was great, but something that we expected for a 5 star hotel. But the service was a big surprise. All the staff but specially Sayan (the chef) spoiled us at dinner and breakfast. My wife loves an indian dessdrt called Rasmalai, and he prepared it for us on the last day. He made me enjoy the delicious Indian and Bhutanese cuisines. Thank you Sayan and all the team!

I had a great stay at Le Meridien Paro where everyone’s attention exceeded my expectations. I had a suite upgrade and it was fantastic and with a great river view. Great hotel with all the facilities and swimming pool, gym and wifi. Breakfast buffet with many choices. I appreciate Pelden, front desk manager and all hear team for made our stay an unforgettable experience!

Best things are the view , the river front , nice reception people , nice housekeeping and good spacious rooms. Not so good thing is the restaurant Latest Recipes - needs more staff , good and better Menu options , tastier preps .We waited and waited as they were busy handling a conference volume . The restaurant needs more staff and better management. No detail to attention.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very comfortable stay, we are really happy with the food, and 2 of your Indian chefs Sanjay & Satyajith were amazing. They made us feel at home. Their work is amazing and so is all of your staff. Comfortable and relaxing spa. My children are really happy. Hats off to all of your team.

It’s a Beautiful resort located right next to the river flowing with great view. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The property is lovely the staff is extremely polite and respectful with excellent service specially Tshewang Dorji and food maked by chef Ganga and suraj is wow Thank thank you all
