Here's some comment on my stay: 1. Location - pretty far from main pathanamthitta town. I would say at-least 12-14km from joyalukka's which is in the heart of the town. Additionally, the hotel is in isolated place. If you are not from south of india, you will know what i mean once you stay there. 2. Attendant / bellboy: there was only one person who helped with luggage transfer, showed us the room, provided us the room essentials(towels, water bottles, etc. He was the sole person serving us food for room service and also worked as security to open/close the main gate. He was decent person, but i think the hotel needs few more people here. 3. Parking: ample parking for 15-20 muvs. However in one side of the parking, there's a bar which is pretty noisy and people stand outside. You want to avoid parking cars there for good reasons. 4. The rooms though clean, need some maintenance, i could see walls had fungus and was discolored. 5. Wheel chair accessible: yes. 6. Guests in hotel when checked-in: 0(zero. Probably since it was vishu festival, there were no guests staying and so i felt it was a bit creepy when you had the entire floor with no other living being. 7. Comms: the intercom didn't work. The room phone didn't work to call the restaurant for food so had to rely on security to get us food.
