Highly not recommended First of all, I didn’t have any toothpaste or toothbrush. After I told the waiter, there was no reply for a long time. They only told me after calling me. Secondly, the service staff can’t understand English. Even if they don’t understand Chinese, how can they work in the service industry if they don’t understand English? The window type is also different. I ordered a queen bed and was given two single beds. Although they merged into a double bed, the gap in the middle was huge. When cleaning, the quilt was changed and it was still two single quilts. There are a lot of mosquitoes and hot water is not easy to use. Overall, I don’t recommend it.

The facilities are a bit old, and half of the shower head bracket fell off. The screws of the soap holder were also loose and I dared not touch it. When the curtains were pulled, one of the curtain rings was broken. But I guess there are quite a lot of check-ins. Maybe it's a holiday. The environment is very Thai-style, and the big trees in the yard are blooming very fragrantly.

Very comfortable room, quiet, friendly staff, would definitely come again, swimming pool was nice, breakfast was good and there was a good selection, restaurant opposite was very good with English and Thai food

Before I go to the kasalong resort and spa i am annoyed. But when I go to the hotel their are friendly and I am happy 😊. The room I recommend is twin rooms with triple room . The room so beautiful. When I go to the window I saw the pools .this is wonderful hotel . It is very good I will go again if I have time.

I go to the hotel ith my family and I have a children's the room service is very good and the wellcoming from the frontline is to very good I feel like I live in family.good I will go again.good to seeing their again .

The location is quiet and not chaotic, suitable for relaxing comfortably. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. There are many types of rooms to choose from. The rooms are big, beautiful, clean. The rooms include breakfast. Most importantly, the service staff are good, lovely, and friendly to customers. There is a shuttle service to 7 in front of the alley. There is free Wi-Fi as well. Anyone who wants to come and relax in peace and comfort, I recommend Kasalong.

Went to stay and room 118 is near the swimming pool. This room is a private corner to go with the family. The hotel is quite ok. It's Lanna style. The kids really like it. They get to play in the water. It's not too far from tourist attractions. Stop by for a walk at the Naklua market in the morning. It's convenient. Next time I'll stop by and use it, I want the same room.

But there was only one disadvantage on the day I went. There was additional work in the back of the room. At 8 a.m., I was already at work. Loud noise disturbs relaxation Breakfast part There is an additional charge for the children, but there is no milk or Ovaltine for the children to eat, so I want the hotel to fix this. The area around the hotel is quiet, but at night it's hard to find something to eat. There's only 7-Eleven, but you have to walk far.
