One advantage is hotel located in good location but the rest should be improved big time!!! Starts out from shortage of staff, old rugs with stains, low quality pillows, water fawcet and shower, towels!!! I was expected better but failed. Mistake from those advertising photos indeed.

Hotel well placed on Naklua, quiet and clean the staff is very friendly and speaks good English, the water in the swimming pool is crystal clear with a small bar for a cold beer! I would go back 👍

Excellent location not far from Pattaya.
The tuk tuks that commute to Pattaya 24 hours a day take about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic to reach central Pattaya.
The hotel with well appointed rooms are well equipped.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
According to the price to pay it is very correct.
