We had a wonderful stay at Villa Samalas. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast is yummy. I loved the banana pancakes with fresh juice, fruit, and coffee. They brought us bikes to rent right there on the spot. It's a great location, close to the beach, and good snorkeling from right in front of the lounge chairs reserved for Samalas guests. Our room was cool and clean.

Booked a family room for couple with two small children. On arrival only a room with just a double bed. Staff admitted it was suitable. Told us to go some where else. Said it was beachfront which it wasn’t. And refused to refund. Sold under false pretences. Would never recommend.

Villa Samalas gave us a very warm welcome. The staff made us feel so safe and looked after. There was nothing they could have improved on. This friendly and professional service made our visit to Gili Meno ekstra special. The serene surroundings without noise from motors , just waves crashing and birdsong. The room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and silent air conditioning . Great shower with hot and cold water . Secluded private garden . The beach is only a stone throw away and Samalas is located right amongst the best beach restaurants on the island . Food can be cooked at their restaurant upon request. Great breakfast.

I stayed in villa number 3. You can tell that the property is Italian because there are very well-finished details especially in the furnishings. The only negative notes are the lack of blinds in villas 3 and 4 and the poor care of the greenery in the gardens but I think it is a problem related to the scarcity of water.

Exceptional! We stayed at their property for only two nights but it was wonderful. Really friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the house... what can I say, a real sweetness!! We organized directly with the staff an absolutely must-do snorkeling trip and a fishing trip!! Everything wonderful..Super recommended!

Villa Samalas is a small resort with 4 houses, which look beautiful. The room is very spacious, the bed is fine. There is enough storage space. The bathroom looks neat and tidy and is also very spacious. The employees are super nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, you can choose from different things. There is also a restaurant in the evening. We had a super tasty meal there. The boy in the kitchen is really great. After 2 weeks in Indonesia we ate the most delicious nasi and mie goreng here.
