Novotel Properties in Perth

Stayed in twin room on 2nd floor. Room was quite dusty and both the power sockets at the coffee table doesn't work so had to boil water at the desk. There is no indication of the number to call for reception. The bedside power socket is near the floor behind the bed so you have to roll the bed away to access the socket. Carpark for full day is 38AUD with multiple entry until 1pm the next day. Front desk staff was excellent! I forgot to get her name but she gave my two girls small gifts when we were checking in during Christmas!

Excellent service from the front reception. The staff were so helpful in giving us directions and recommendations. Rooms were clean with all amenities provided. Beds were comfortable. Well located near to eateries, Perth train station and bus stops. Very happy with our stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street.

Although the room that was assigned to us was a bit further away from the amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The whole area is surrounded by natural beauty and native visitors such as birds, ducks & kangaroos. Moreover, the location is close to the main shopping centre, restaurants, etc.
