Had a wonderful time with my mother staying in the triple room and a great breakfast. Thanks so much to the whole team for making this special stay memorable !

Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem. The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her. The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower. The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me. I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee? Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case. But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience. I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely. She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes. Campanille was great! - the photo is when I left the room, sorry! (I forgot to take one when entering, but was super neat and tidy!)

Great 4 stars hotel, not in the fanciest neighbourhood but safe nonetheless. Beautiful shaded courtyard for drinks or meal, huge living room to chill or have meetings, and rooftop with a lovely view (although no drink/food are served there). Beautiful modern room with a huge bathroom per Paris standards…

Excellent location with very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented staff. The hotel offers breakfast served directly to your room at no extra charge, which adds a thoughtful touch. The breakfast fee itself is 25 Euros. Amenities are very good and contribute to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at your hotel and had a short but pleasant visit. The staff was welcoming, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. However, we would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the room we stayed in. As a four-star hotel located close to the Champs-Élysées, we expected a higher standard. The room would benefit from an upgrade, particularly the furniture, which appeared worn and showed clear signs of use. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also conveniently near the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding area felt very safe and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from coffee shops and other shops. The room was brilliant and would return there if I was to go back to Paris, the location of the hotel was good as it was not far from the metro station. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and bathroom facilities were also excellent.

The hotel is only 9 and 6 minutes' walk from Metro 12 National Convention Station and Line 8 Boucicaut. It is located in District 15, 75015. It is quiet, with good security and feels safe. The breakfast in the hotel is simple but delicious. The hotel has an elevator. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Thank you for the professional and courteous service staff. A decent, basic hotel. The room was a bit small but air-conditioned and well soundproofed. The bathroom, especially the shower stall, was really tiny; a 182 cm man could just about wash his toes without opening the door. It's conveniently located a bit off-center from Paris, with a couple of metro stations nearby, making it easy to get to the city center and the airport/train stations. Good value for money.

Hygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean. Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully. Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases. The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
