Wonderful experience at the hotel. Professional teams willing to help with any request. Room and decor immersive an incredibly high quality. The hotel brings you into its world. Had a wonderful time with my mother staying in the triple room and a great breakfast. Thanks so much to the whole team for making this special stay memorable !

Quite good location. A bit aged deco. Toilet is ok. Very basic without much amenities. Breakfast is quite basic. And hot food seems to be frozen cooked food, like it’s chicken wings. Eggs are ok. Croissant bad for France standard. Coffee tea ok. Service not bad in restaurant but average at check in and out.

Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem. The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her. The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower. The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me. I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee? Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case. But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience. I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely. She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes. Campanille was great! - the photo is when I left the room, sorry! (I forgot to take one when entering, but was super neat and tidy!)

I found the room to be clean, air condition works well especially during the heat wave, and the staffs to be very friendly. The hotel is close to several metro lines, good eateries and grocery stores. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location with very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented staff. The hotel offers breakfast served directly to your room at no extra charge, which adds a thoughtful touch. The breakfast fee itself is 25 Euros. Amenities are very good and contribute to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Love the location. The area itself is very buzzing with all the shops u want to visit in paris. Not so touristy eventhough near to eiffel tour. The train superb. The location easily accessible by train with many station options. Our room came with small balcony with eiffel view. Room decent size. No complains towards the hotel. Staffs all very nice. Didnt get the name. But all of them super nice super friendly very helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, with several metro lines nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. It's also quite close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even packed us breakfast because we had an early train.

The hotel is only 9 and 6 minutes' walk from Metro 12 National Convention Station and Line 8 Boucicaut. It is located in District 15, 75015. It is quiet, with good security and feels safe. The breakfast in the hotel is simple but delicious. The hotel has an elevator. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Thank you for the professional and courteous service staff. The hotel room was very spacious and good value for money. You could even see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony right outside the window. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere, including the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Galeries Lafayette, all within ten minutes. Plus, there's a popular bakery downstairs!

Hygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean. Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully. Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases. The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
