LLeeJaehakI like the facilities very much because they are clean and spacious. Basically, there is no resident staff, so you need to check the email content well. Trip.com PIN and mail PIN are different, so I was confused, but you can use the PIN from the email.

AAmieGreat location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

YYok violinOverall, it's good. The room is spacious and only a 10-minute walk from the city center. There's a paid parking lot that's very safe. Breakfast is good. The only minor downside is that there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. Also, since it's near the train station and on the road, it's always noisy. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes.
