"Extremely friendly service. Clean rooms. I was nervous about staying near a busy area, but it was pretty quiet. Super convenient to walk to and from rangers games. Pool was nice, and had a park area nearby to take my dog to potty. Hotel provided my dog a bag with bowls, tag, treats, and poop bags. Would love to stay here again!"

"The room was spacious and clean. Although there's a major road nearby, the noise wasn't really an issue. It's a convenient 2km, 30-minute walk to AT&T Stadium. The room was well-equipped with large, medium, and small towels, soap, body wash, 2-in-1 shampoo, a hairdryer, iron, hangers, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a safe. The shower handle was fixed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Free coffee was available in the lobby downstairs. While there weren't many people around at night, I felt the area was safe. There were no convenience stores nearby, but the closest restaurant was a steakhouse. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport."

"We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done. Of course later she called back stating it was a server error. I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed."

"Very disappointed....booked this hotel in November of last year for a concert at Globe Field for two rooms. The first floor is the parking lot level which is under the lobby on the floor above it. The first floor that I was on has a guest laundry that adds to the hall smell and damp carpeting. The first room they put me in was #115. Smelled musty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and stale. The hall itself was smelling of dirty laundry and was musty also. There had to have been a lot of complaints because they put carpet, fresh outside and vacuumed it up. I asked to be moved and they said there were no available rooms on higher floors so they moved me to #121. This room still smelled bad, the phone didn't work, and the bathtub had continually running water. It would not turn off. I picked this hotel because they said they had a restaurant. Not really true, they have a bar and lounge, only open from 5pm to 11pm. There is no complimentary breakfast here and of course, you can't get breakfast because the restaurant is not open. They couldn't fix the water problem because it would require turning of water off for the floor. I was forced to hear water running 24/7 when I was in the room during those two days. They would not move me from this floor stating that there were no other rooms available (this is a 6 floor hotel). I am sure this was untrue as it was not even 4 pm and not even busy yet. My friends room #102 had multiple problems also. We actually had to go out and buy air freshener just to make our rooms smell better. This hotel is part of the Wyndham collection, even though it is privately owned, I would assume that Wyndham would check on these hotels with bad ratings such as one. I will never book this hotel or any Wyndham hotel again. Be warned, do not stay at this hotel."

"The beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The room was really clean and unique. Loved the design. The only thing was they didn't straighten up the room while we were out. They just changed the towels. I know some hotels do that now to save on cost but sometimes you like it when the cleaning fairies 🧚♀️ come and you come back to your beds made. To be honest...it didn't bother me. We will definitely be staying at Aloft again."
