The location is next to the beach, and less than 10 min to the city center by car. Our room was not so big, but had a balcony with (partly) sea view.

Good hotel, attentive staff. On the downside - noisy parties were held in the hotel courtyard every evening. If you want to choose a quiet place to relax, I advise you to look for another hotel. Otherwise, there are no complaints, so I will not lower the rating.
