I really liked the accommodation. Inexpensive and high quality.

Hotel is 5 mins walk from Machida Station east exit (Odakyu line). Rooms is clean though is small size, comes with a small fridge. Hot water is instantaneous and bath tub is deep enough for soaking. Additional toilet amenities are available at lobby. Wifi is good. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Opposite the hotel a very delicious ramen shop open till late night.

I CHECKED IN AROUND TIMJNG 7-8P.M. ON 4TH JUNE FOR THE FIRST TIME TRAVEL AT MACHIDA CITY. MY PERSONALLY NO SMOKING SO MUST TO BOOKING NON SMOKING ROOM. UNFORTUNENATELY WHEN OPEN MY ROOM HAS SMELL SOME TERRIBLE SMOKING THEN I CALLED TO FRONT DESK FOR RECHECK BUT SHE TOLD ME MY BOOKING IS SMOKING SELECTED AND FULL OF ROOMS TODAY THEN HANG UP. IF HOTEL BACK TO REVIEWED FEEDBACK PLEASE NOTED THIS SHIFT HAS VERY WORST SERVICES. OVERALL IS SO SO MEDIUM SERVICES BUT LOCATION IS EASY TO FIND. I WON'T BE BACK THIS PLACE THAT NO PLEASANT FOR ME AND TRAVELLER CAN FIND THIS ROOM RATE FROM ANOTHER AREA IN JAPAN.

This East Hotel is very close to Machida Station. The hotel has breakfast, which is basically different every day. The surrounding area is a commercial district, so it is very convenient for eating and shopping.

After arriving at the hotel, I checked in at the self-service machine according to the instructions, and the passport scanning failed many times. Because the system could not recognize it, I asked for help from the three female staff at the front desk, hoping to handle it manually. However, they had no expression on their faces throughout the whole process, and responded coldly that "it can only be handled by the machine", and even ignored my repeated requests for help. At the same time, the ********* compatriots next to me also encountered the same problem, but the front desk took the initiative to come forward and guide enthusiastically, and communicated patiently throughout the process, which formed a sharp contrast. After nearly half an hour of tossing alone in the cold, I was finally able to check in. No one provided any assistance or apology throughout the process, as if Chinese guests did not deserve basic services. They want to earn Chinese money, but trample on dignity with an arrogant attitude. This double-standard service completely ruins the goodwill. This experience refreshed the lower limit of my understanding of the Japanese service industry, and I would never recommend any Chinese tourists to stay!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Machida Station. The room is not big, and there is no place for two suitcases to open completely, but the facilities are complete and smooth. This series of hotels has also been seen in other cities, and it seems to be similar to the Hanting in China. The front desk reception and breakfast service staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is complete. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast every day was different, which is very in line with the Chinese taste. It’s just that Japanese breakfast can be rice + vegetables, and it seems that they don’t have the concept of breakfast like us. Judging from the dining situation, most of the people staying in the hotel are Japanese, mostly business trips and young students. Check-in is only available at 4pm. The surrounding business is also very prosperous. There is MUJI on the 6th floor of Machida Station, and there are many convenience stores on this street of the hotel. In addition, there is a Seriya Park and Machida Print Museum to the right of the hotel gate.

Excellent hotel with delicious breakfast and service, not far from the railway station in a quiet area. Buffet breakfast from 6.30 to 9. If you want to try everything, you need to be there no later than 8.30 😅

It seems that soon it will be standard for guests to bring their own toothbrushes. Breakfast is free, which was nice. My shoes got wet in the rain, so I asked for a newspaper to dry them, and they quickly provided one for me.

It's located very close to Odakyu Machida Station, so transportation is very convenient. There are also restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. Breakfast is also buffet style, so you can choose what you want to eat, which is very satisfying.

I made a reservation because it was close to Odakyu Machida Station. The location is not bad, but it was farther away than I expected. Still, it was quite close. The convenience store is about a 2-minute walk away, and there is an Okinawan restaurant next door. The free breakfast, which is a feature of Toyoko Inn, was appreciated as always, but there were too few seats, so there was a lot of fighting for a seat. The building has many floors, but there are only two elevators, so those on the lower floors will have to skip the elevator several times during check-out and breakfast times. The emergency stairs from the 6th floor down are open during breakfast hours, so perhaps this is a little mitigated. For smokers, it is appreciated that there are rooms where only electronic cigarettes are allowed. While hotels in the city center are rising in price across the board, this hotel is relatively inexpensive, so I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

It was clean, friendly, and nice! It was just like Toyoko Inn! It's the same Toyoko Inn in Korea and Japan! I personally liked the breakfast too!! I ate well and rested well for two days!
