Even though the staff was awesome, the cleanliness of the room was not all that. They only had room service every 3 days, had to ask for towels, washclothes, and bags for the garbage. The breakfast was only ok. The waffles and the yogurt were the best.

This location is ok. It is right near the I-10 which great but you can not hear the freeway noise. There is a McDonald's and a few other fast food locations across the street Parking is not the greatest. It spaces are a little tight for the size of todays cars

This hotel was fine for a one night stay, but the bathroom looked like it needed a deep cleaning and the water was lukewarm at best.

I like that the rooms were cleaner than most hotel room.
The hotel and rooms are very dated. Our room faced the freeway and it was very loud, made it hard to sleep.

Was not aware how far this hotel was from Downtown Phoenix so we had to take ubers to the concert we attended and if we wanted to get to dining options. Other than that the hotel was nice and the staff was nice.

The room look clean but had a really bad odor. The front desk was courteous and provided a spray but the smell was stronger.

Everything was okay but cleanliness.
Some areas were not clean even some dust still there. The bathroom is not draining well and tile has lots of mold.
At the Complimentary Breakfast, the lady who is taking care for the guests was great!! She was very friendly and helpful.

There was no any bottle of water in the room but I they have charged me 2 bottles when I check out !?
