When I checked in, the hotel said they have not received the payment for my stay and wanted me to pay again (I already paid full amount on Trip.com), the staff weren't helpful at all and said I need to talk to Trip.com instead, even though I showed my receipt and my receipt from my bank. The staff that was checking me in was not taking accountability at all. I was very happy to be helped by Trip.com by Clarissa who called and spoke to the hotel on my behalf, and once that's done, I got the refund from the hotel. They should do better but thanks Trip.com for their customer service. I have not yet receive the refund from my bank even when the hotel said they would...so we will see.

Great place for families with. young children. Food places all around. Grab Food delivery alsoworks.

Overall service was great, only did not had the breakfast included. We wanted to buy breakfast for four people which was higher than the room cost. Also in the morning nearby there was not many options for breakfast. While checkout time required for checking inside bar was taking too long. Overall happy and looking forward to come back again.

We are family with 1 child and 1 infant, we always booking hotels with kids club and baby sitting services. Unfortunately, the hotel was presenting that it has baby sitting service and kids club, but when I checked in I asked to organize a baby sitting service for my infant and they told me that they don’t have it regardless of what showed up in their profile in trip.com. Also, the kids club was smelly and not clean. The hotel also presenting itself as a 5 star hotel, and I believe it is far away from being a 5 start hotel. Sorry for this, but I hope they could enhance their services and put some efforts to compete with other hotels as it has a great location.

The hotel is located in quite part of Phuket. Not much transportation there.

Very disappointed Firstly when I check into my room .my room was not clean and even the bed was not cleaned. Bedsheet and pillows was all over messed up Toilet seats and sink top had bloody stains How did they give this room without even cleaning and checking Also when they gave a new room it was standard with no balcony

Walk up room. We were placed at the 4th floor(top). Nice huge rooms with big balcony. We enjoyed our stay here. There are few restaurants nearby the hotel which you could get a quick bite if you don't want to travel far to Patong Beach. It's about 10minutes drive to Patong beach.

Unreal not comfy bed, sleep here unreal, I will never back. + Only location Del Mar 2 min I look recommend to visit and Carnaval + Fanta Sea.

It’s private place out of the city, a bit far from restaurants too. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big but no lift if you stay the upper floor you need to use stairs.

Avoid at all cost! This scam hotel sells rooms that you would even not give to your enemy old, dirty and worn out room where even the door/window fell out. and sell it as a deluxe room for 500 euros for 5 days. the whole of phuket patong is this a sad mess and a disgrace to thailand as a whole.

Though it is a 5 star hotel , we experienced 1 star only AC was leaking no glass partition for shower causing flooding poorly connected wifi tasteless food, very diluted juices no lift to upper floors Not worth the money

Nice Place, Peaceful Space and Great Location for Family Vacation. Have many beautiful view points around this Hotel Cleanness is fine and the Most impression of mine is every single Stafffs attend to help guest as well
