Overall, my impression of the hotel is good: the sea is close by (which was paramount for us), there's a shower on the beach, lots of greenery, and pleasant sand. Initially, I was given a room overlooking the street (noisy and hot, couldn't use the balcony), but then they switched me to a room with a pool view, which was wonderful. We didn't opt for the hotel's food, preferring street food instead – there's plenty of it, and it's delicious and varied. The room has everything you need: a kettle (2 bottles of water, coffee, tea, and sugar were replenished daily), bathrobes, slippers, a beach bag, and even a large umbrella. We were very satisfied with our vacation.
A good, large hotel for a family vacation.
Spacious grounds with two swimming pools, one of which has a sandy beach.
Plenty of evening entertainment: billiards, table tennis, hockey, and a gym.
Our room was a bit tired and aged. On Friday evening, there was a party on the neighboring street, and the noise continued until 11:30 PM.
Breakfasts are varied, with plenty of options and corners where you can get various burgers, soups, omelets, and so on, but many of the European dishes were poorly prepared and tasteless.
We once asked for a lunchbox for breakfast because we were going on an excursion. Fortunately, we had our own food in the room.
Overall, it's a large, comfortable hotel with good infrastructure, quick access to the beach, and easy access to the airport. The breakfast and the quality of the rooms are questionable.
Great value for money. Conveniently located. There's a 24-hour store, cafe, and kebab shop across the street. The beach is a couple of minutes' walk away. Massage services are available on the ground floor. The hotel is simple and suitable for those without a ”crown on their heads.” The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, there's a small balcony with a clothes dryer, chairs, hot water, a hairdryer, a kettle, a refrigerator, and two sinks on the balcony. There was probably a mildew smell when the central air conditioning was on, but now there are individual air conditioners in the rooms. We brought waffle beach towels from home, so we didn't even ask for them at the hotel. You can buy a mat on the beach. Laundry is 100 baht per kg, if needed. Cleaning is available upon request. Very clean and thorough! Thank you again for the amazing cleaning and care. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. Reception is not open 24 hours. Water is 0.5 liters per person per day. Cons: no elevator, and the steps are uncomfortable. The shower head isn't particularly comfortable, but it's tolerable. It's fine for young people, and it's a short walk to the fourth floor; we stayed on the second floor. It's a shame there aren't any breakfast deals with the cafes; all the cafes on this beach open at 10 a.m., which is a bit late. The beach is nice, less crowded than others. The entry into the sea is gentle. There's some trash from the trees, but they also provide shade. I recommend this hotel and beach. The airport is a 15-minute taxi ride away.
I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach from March 12–15. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located on a peaceful hill overlooking Naithon Beach, giving stunning ocean views and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that made it easy to enjoy the view. Housekeeping did a great job every day.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including both international and Thai options, and everything was fresh and well presented. The infinity pools overlooking the ocean were a highlight of the stay and perfect for relaxing.
The hotel is also close to Naithon Beach, which is quieter and less crowded than many beaches in Phuket, making it ideal if you want a more peaceful experience.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Pullman Phuket Arcadia to anyone visiting Phuket. I would happily stay here again.
stayed here for a night in April to coincide with the Sakhu Trail run.
Nice hotel with good facilities, staff by the pool K. Pim and K.Mint were fantastic, so friendly and wonderful to be around.
Reception staff quite the opposite, really poor customer service upon checkin, felt like staff were talking down to me and try so dominance during explanation of pool / restaurant opening times etc - its quite easy to read this ! really unhappy with checkin / reception staff.
quite a nice rooftop pool area but very hot upstairs.
A beautiful room in a beautiful complex. New, dry, clean, huge balcony with a bathtub.
There is all necessary for accommodation, regular cleaning. A bonus is always 2 bottles of water. If necessary, the owners respond very quickly to all requests and are open to dialogue.

Excellent accommodation for two couples, no problems with evening check-in. No insects, but the owners provided excellent repellents. With direct access to the beach... There is everything you need for a carefree holiday... They even wash the dishes every cleaning... Two air conditioners in the common area!!! a full refrigerator of clean water. Thank you very much! Opposite the villas is a good cafe with Russian and Thai cuisine. The beach is also beautiful, crystal clear water, not as crowded as in the city, I recommend taking a kayak or SUP and swimming to the nearest bays, very romantic.
The hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing.
I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself.
I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that.
BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like:
1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound.
2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not.
3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.
