Long term stay with great facilities and environment.
If you are a nomad, looking for a place to stay - highly recommend this accommodation place.
Location - Not very near to all the centre attractions of Phuket Town, is either you drive or use car sharing services/taxi. But there's a laundromat down the road from the hotel and it is very convenient. Food and 7-e wise, you have to walk for at least 6-10 mins depending on your pace.
Facilities - They have a big pool, gym, and co-working spaces, very great and having a good wifi connection too
Staff - Super friendly, 10/10
PS - It's dog friendly! Love the idea

Check-in was smooth and simple — road outside the hotel is not congested and easy to return too as well. Cleanliness of hotel is good and housekeeping is friendly. Bottles of water are provided daily and room service is prompt with ironing board and iron request. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable, but not much table-top spaces to use (we got the honeymoon suite). Central air conditioning was also a problem in the day because the heat from outside makes the room really hot so the room was quite warm. Other than that, the bathtub, shower and toilet were all good. We were also unable to get any form of cutleries past 11pm as the restaurant was closed. Ultimately, still good value given its location and price point.

The room is just fine. The bed is hard and not very comfortable, but it's acceptable for the price. The view is nice and very relaxing. However, the cleanliness could be improved — there are stains on the toilet’s glass door that need proper glass cleaner to remove. Overall, it's okay. The service is good too. If you're looking for an affordable hotel, this one is a good option.

I stayed to be closer to BISP and accessible to central and medical check at Bangkok Hospital. When I had to do fasting, they gave me food box to take out breakfast - really appreciate them being considerate and I also take out coffee on my jug. Staff are awesome!

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room. The room has a full kitchen, with a refrigerator and electric stove.

I was initially a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews, but from the moment I checked in, I slept soundly every night, waking up naturally. The service was absolutely superb, truly exceptional.
For the last two days, I moved to a different hotel in another location, and the change was a huge letdown. It simply didn't measure up. I barely slept, and I regretted the move immensely.
If your budget permits, I highly recommend opting for a reliable, well-established star hotel. I'll most likely choose to stay here again if I return with friends.

I usually stay here when I come to Phuket Town
The staff have always been nice. The cafe down the hotel is very good. They have amazing breakfast choices and they are always tasty.
One thing I need to mention
The towels and linens at the hotel had really strong smell of bleach. I don’t know if they can improve that. It’s quite bothering when you need to dry your face or sleep.

It was the most clean room I had experienced in Thailand. All the staff and security were friendly and helpful but located in a bit secluded area for tourists and also locals (Drivers had trouble finding the place). Overall, great value and decided to extend here instead of moving.

The location is in a quiet area, but there is not much choice of food around, there are local shops with everything you need. Restaurant near the hotel with seafood on the farm 👍👍
There is also a pier with boats nearby, we did not use it because the prices are too high.
The houses themselves are new, small, but for two it is fine.

The stuff that work here is very nice. They will help you with everything. They are always smiling. I mean all the receptionist I met. The location is not that far from everything. The room is cozy. My only problem is the surrounding of the hotel it’s a little bit uncomfortable for a girl who travel alone. I wouldn’t advise you walk down the street. Many massage places and you will see girls hanging out in the entrances it didn’t give me a proper real massage place vibe. There are too many of them just in that little street.

The place is newly renovated inside a heritage house, located right in the heart of Phuket Town — super convenient and just a short walk to Phuket Old Town and the weekend walking street. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on — you can really feel the premium-quality mattress (unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!). Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket.
