The bed wasn’t made when we entered our room. The dirty bed linen was piled up near the TV. Staff were quick to address the issue, but it ought not to have happened in the first place.

The property was centrally located but off the main drag. We were within minutes of everything. Staff was friendly, breakfasts were wonderfull, room spacious.

The service was excellent, from the check-in to a special request that we had. The location is nice, the room was nice. However the mattress was a little to hard for our comfort. Other than that it was very nice.

Property was perfectly located for us.
It was clean, but starting to show some wear. The only disappointing thing was that there is only maid service every other day of you stay. If you want clean towels you have to gather up the dirty towels, take them down to the front desk and ask for more. You also have to make your own bed while on vacation. LOL

There was no shower gel or soap available. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. We found an empty soda bottle on the floor.

The room was ready when promised, the staff was both professional and friendly. The room atmosphere was most inviting and the warmth of the fireplace reminded us of home.

Property was nice and looked clean. The room appeared really clean but the bathroom floor was sticky. Friendly staff; however, we got a knock on the door at 10:55 pm waking us up to deliver a pillow and blanket neither of us had asked for.
